I drove over an hour to this dealership for them to have less than average customer service. The man selling the cars was not the most pleasant person to talk to. I made an offer to them, and no one got back to me. I waited. The car has been in their lot for over a month. I just wish someone had gotten back to me about my offer.

Oh my God, my husband and I came here to test drive two trucks a GMC and a Chevrolet the Chevrolet. Both of them had over 200,000 miles on it and they were 2019 he didn’t wanna come off the price after we test drove the car, we came back trying to make a cash deal asking him what is a cash price? He still said $1 million for 1,000,000 miles he was rude. He turned red once we was telling him about the mouse. He had excuse why a 2019 had 200,000 miles on it. I told him I have a 88 and does not have half of those miles on it. They buy all of the cars from State Farm crashed this car. Burley wanted to stop and it was raining. The tires was a ball as the owner Head good luck with this car lot.

My daughter got her first car here, and Charlie did everything to make it a good experience for her. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommend!!

Charlies Choice Cars is where you’re treated like family. Charlie took great care of me and my family in our search for a new vehicle! We couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Charlie helped me get an amazing vehicle and gave me a great deal on my trade in. He was fair and methodical about every step of the process. He was up front about any challenges or hurdles to expect. It’s a shame the rating system goes only to five stars!

I did some research online before my husband and I went to purchase a truck and Charlie is worth the hype reviews! He's very personable and doesn't try to talk you into more car than you want. We'll likely keep this gem of a dealership in mind for our next vehicle. Charlie's is worth the 1.5 hour drive we took. Thanks Charlie! God bless you, your family, and the shop next door!
