Disabled the mute button on their gas pumps. I will not be forced to listen to ads while paying for a product. Will no longer be purchasing gas from here.

My experience here is usually a 2/10 however it being my closest gas station I suck it up. I could go on and on about how horrible this store is but I will highlight the main areas. 80% of the workers don’t do anything, which I don’t blame when the Store manager Mike, is the most rude, laziest, disgruntled of them all. Removing the head of the snake would eliminate majority of this stores issues, however that is my opinion. This is the first 24 hour establishment that tends to open and close at will. Maybe its 10pm on a Monday.. could be 3pm on a Sunday got to catch them when you can. On a POSITIVE note by the grace of God the only reason this place gets a single star because of Rick (RICKY BOBBY). This is a model employee, always smiling, always friendly you would never know this guy is having a bad day. I thank him for being one of the only ones left keeping that business lively.

The same guy always tells me the self check out is open while doing other things but I need something behind the counter what do you want me to do? Get it my self?
He seems mad I need something behind there the other half the time no one is around to even get it so I just leave this was the last time as some one else said I’ll go to any other store and pay more so I don’t have to bother him anymore.
He tried to call me out because I thought the register was open and I told the lady to use mine? Do you see that money sitting there? Why would any employee/ manager leave out money that the customers could take? I can’t get what I want from behind the counter but you can leave money laying around and I’m just gonna take a wild guess and say this was probably the same guy everyone is talking about on the reviews

I recently visited this location, and the experience was far from pleasant. The signage clearly states "Any Size 79¢" and "Any size Polar Pop only 79¢." However, there's fine print that says "up to 44 oz," which is easy to miss if you’re over 40 and without glasses. When I got to the self-checkout, my drink rang up as $2 instead of 79¢. Confused, I asked the manager for help, and in a rude and aggressive tone, he snapped, "It says it on the sign; you want me to show you?" before storming off toward the fountain sodas.
Unfortunately, the manager’s rudeness didn’t end there. At the self-checkout, I hit the "pay" button and threw in four quarters, thinking I'd just swipe my card afterward for the remaining balance. Apparently, I needed to press a physical button first—something I didn’t know. The manager returned and, in a disgusted tone, said, "You have to push the button first." The machine spit my change back out. He pressed the button for me, and I put the quarters in again. **Again, he walked away.** I tried to tap my card to pay, but it didn’t work. The manager stormed back over and told me I needed to press yet another button on the screen. Frustrated, I apologized and said, "My apologies, sir, I don't work here; I didn’t know." His response? "Well, now you do."
Circle K should be clear about their prices and not hide things like a lawyer with an asterisk mark and fine print. And as for the large, homely man with the bad attitude, since you did tell me about the 1-800 number for corporate, I will go ahead and share my experience and your info with them as well. And now you know.

This place should just shut down until Mike is gone. I had the absolute pleasure of coming in here when he had to come in and trust me I won't be back. He is rude unprofessional talks loudly about his employees which is fake bc if anyone is a true patron there we know the regular cashier's. He was SO rude impatient and completely disrespectful. Someone please get this man a job not involving customer service and isolated. I would rather pay higher prices somewhere else. Not to mention the place has a high turn over always hiring and can never keep staff......bc Mike is a bad manager

If I could give a negative review less than a one star on this location I would and it’s not because of the employees it’s based on the new manager, Mike. He completely takes advantage of his employees. He treats them like garbage like trash like they are replaceable when we all know that this location has been having on and off hours for the last year and constantly having open interviews and I would assume because he’s such a bad person. When I came here a year ago, the staff was solid. Everything seem to be going great. Yes they were looking for upper management but they found the absolute most horrible wrong person to run this location and I think Mike should be the one losing his job instead of trying to have such a high turnover rate, for everybody else, he is mean rude, disrespectful, unkind, and unpleasant to even be in the same atmosphere. If I know he’s working, I refuse to go in. I’d rather go to QT and pay more money for the same exact product than have to deal with him.And again, this is not a reflection of the employees because they are all great until he came into the picture and ran everybody off and the people that he hasn’t run off yet I’m pretty positive or on their last limb
