Paid for a carwash, the carwash broke down and they refused to refund our money stating "its called operations". The carwash bay was pitch dark with 20 cars in line. We could not wait for them to fix THEIR problem and requested a refund and we were refused. They tried to hand us a card with a phone number on it to explain our situaiton and try and get a "free" carwash (even though we had already paid for a carwash). A free (actually replacement) car wash does us no good as we live in Florida. It seems simple, you pay for a service, they can't provide the service, and they refund your money. I guess Club Car Wash has another policy which they call "Operations" in which the customer accepts the consequences of their equipment failing. Very unprofessional.

I love Club Car Wash for a numerous of reasons. They truly get my vehicle sparkling clean each and every time. Also pretty much where ever I go they’re located there. So it always works out perfect for me! I do make sure I tip them as well because what the workers do before the automatic wash I’m sure helps. I also love the towels it makes a difference.

Not the best of photos, went through the wash at first capitol and entire front hood was scratched. Contacted them within 24 hours as advertised. The customer service for this place is a 0/10. I have a 2023 vehicle with 7K miles on it, the only reason I have a membership here is because I live in a new construction neighborhood and the vehicle gets very dirty. Would not recommend club car wash to anybody, unless you want your vehicle damaged.

Great attendant greeted me who was friendly & answered my questions quickly. Note: it is NOT touchless, but I was assured the self-cleaning brushes would not damage my vehicle's finish, sighting her red vehicle as proof. She washes it near daily. Gave me a damp towel for the interior which I used. Vacuums working great. Got the top of the line wash/wax. Truck looked great. Will use them again.
