Worst cricket location with the laziest employees. Never wanna help you do nothing or take care of anything. We have to go to the next town over location If we want anything done or call customer service. They just wanna argue and tell you stupid shit. Like my phone warranty was invalid because I don't pay for insurance on my phone monthly. Customer service got us right though. Thank goodness. Them kind of employees won't keep you long term customers. We've been with cricket almost 8 years but Saturday was almost our last.

They are definitely stealing customers information… names social security numbers… watch out for this store!

This store is sketchy, they call you in ask for your social security number and never follow up with you. They charge you $30 extra dollars on your bill so they can make commission off you and are very sketchy with social security numbers. I would watch doing business with this company!

Paid my bill today. Newer employees. Fantastic. Sad before was told by all other employees before today. You pay cash you need exact change. They would make me go get exact change of did not have it. Hopefully things will change. And before place the pot smell was so bad.

Man at the store continually lied to me and several other customers at the store, claiming using a charger not from the store would fry your phone, and saying i MUST buy a phone to activate a line, DO NOT SHOP HERE
