Update: Wish I could give 0 stars. I came back today as I originally stated I would. Couldn't use the drive-thru because they were shirt staffed. They then proceeded to tell me my RX was on "hold". Then, moved me to a new window. Only to continue to tell me my insurance won't cover it and it's STILL not filled. No communication. NOTHING. Even after all this, no one offered to just fill it now. No, they wanted me to wait 30 min AGAIN when it's now been almost 1 week since it was originally sent to them. All the girl had to say about it was "I dont know where the miscommunication was". There was no miscommunication. I was told Friday they would fill it and I could get it today. They didn't. End of story.
They never have my prescription. Horrible communication. And when they do have it, it takes them days to fill it. I understand to a point but this has been a consistent issue and completely unprofessional. This is literally people's lives and health.

Dont bother asking for help here. They'll pawn you off to the pharmacy who will direct you back to the sales associate. Who will then say "oh let me get what i need to unlock that" then disappear for 5 minutes and as you get fed up and walk out is checking out a different customer.

If you are having the same issues that me and my family and friends have with this pharmacy please report there number to your service provider as spam. One when they get my prescription from my dr by the am but have it set to refill at 8pm which is when they close which is dumb, you go to the dr for reasons and need your medication but they set it to fill after they close wating another day and this pharmacy likes to turn on notifications for medications without authorization and lies saying it's corporate who did it and they cant. I called corporate and they said someone in this location turned it on. If enough people are tired of it only from this location spam block the number enough and they are forced to get a new number. The manager said they have to delete my file for it to stop. So pretty much saying I can't be a customer and go to a different company. Great Business CVS!

This pharmacy is one of the worst today I had a prescription called in at 11 o’clock. I’m up here at 5 PM and it’s still not ready. All they can tell me is an hour or two very dismissive just terrible terrible people service, and time management.

The Manager of the store is very pleasant and helpful. I never have an issue when I visit this store.

The pharmacy clerk, Jessica, went way out of her way to assist me with a problem with my prescription that my doctor ordered but wasn't specific enough. She showed me a way to resolve this issue with my doctor instead of letting the script continue to get bounced back and forth. I appreciate that!!

The list of negatives is quite long from prescriptions not being available in the pharmacy for weeks, to them not answering the phone to me knowing a lady by full name is taking Wegovy (Damn HIPAA). Get your scipts by mail, or Walgreens.

This is probably the worst CVS Pharmacy in the entire United States. They are rude and very unprofessional. If you call to ask a question and say "Thank you" at the end of a call then they just hang up without replying. There is a woman pharmacist who acts like she is better than everyone and should be ashamed. Don't judge a book by it's cover. I wouldn't recommend this CVS to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Someone named T*** answered the phone and acted like I was nothing but an inconvenience and then just hung up without a word. Inexcusable to say the least. If they hate their job so much then they should quit or learn how to treat everyone (not just your type) better. And now all CVS's are changing their pricing structure. They really think they are that good. No Way!!I moved to the CVS in Target and they are so much nicer. 1st Capitol CVS should just close their pharmacy due to lack of competence of their jobs.

Worlds worst CVS PHARMACY.Not one person in this store is helpful or pleasant.A bunch of incompetent lazy workers . As a previous CVS employee I can say no one is compliant has any values and lacks any common sense.I kept giving this store a chance today was the last straw. I advise everyone else to not waste there time or give this business anymore money.
