I get coffee most mornings and everyone is so sweet! I am greeted with a smile from everyone and they know my name and my order. Sweety is always so delightful! It's the only restaurant I've ever been to that makes me feel welcome every time!The coffee is always made perfectly and the food is always hot and so yummy!

Coffee was good. Chocolate long john was ok.5 other donuts I took 1 bite out of and tossed.Donuts are about as good as QT donuts which isn't saying much.

Placed a large order for my son and his team. The new management went ABOVE & BEYOND to make the order happen with accuracy and deliciousness delivered. Highly recommend this St Charles Dunkin location! They aim to please!

This store has totally changed. I don’t know if they had a new owner or a new crew. I place online orders for my company, and I would go in to pick them up on my way to work. However, back in December 2023, two incidents happened a week apart. First time, they said they didn’t receive my order even though I had my receipt on my phone. It took them 10 minutes to finally decide to give me my paid order; second time they purposely didn’t make my orders because I placed three orders (same thing three times, because I needed three receipts for reimbursement purpose). I kind of understand they were afraid I made a mistake, but I paid ahead of time. I went to the store earlier to prep myself something would happen like a week ago. Glad I did, so they I had extra time to wait on them to make my three orders. I don’t feel comfortable of going in there any more just so I can grab and go with my orders and not late to work.Today when I was trying to redeem my free rewards (over 1000 points) they told me I had to make a purchase in order to redeem a reward. It says nowhere on their website and terms and conditions. So I called another store to verify, the person picked up my call said no purchase necessary, I can just show the QR code to get my free reward, and he said it is the same rule applies to every store. I wasn’t going to say anything for my last two incidents until today. I missed the old crew is all what I am going to say.

Every day I bought same menu but in this store extra charge for me normally I pay 10 dollars but today 15 dollars for paying same menu they are don't know anything and they don't speak English politely. Be careful guys don't waste your time and

We stopped by the drive thru on 10/14/23 around 8 AM or so and ordered a coffee, two breakfast sandwiches, and two orders of hash browns. When we got to the window, we were only given half of our order. After telling the guy working the drive thru that we were missing the other half of our order, he wanted to argue and was practically calling us liars saying that everything was in the bag despite us telling him numerous times it wasn’t. He was extremely rude and should not be working the drive thru. He has zero customer service skills.

Just every time we come here, they don’t understand what we are ordering, we ordered TWO decaf butter pecan coffee iced coffees, my husband can’t have caffeine, okay so we hand one back and say this needs to be DECAF, then they try to hand us someone else’s coffee? Like no honey, we just left. They don’t understand. I don’t know what’s going on, but we won’t be back.

Really, really slow service. Coffee/order is usually fine. But the slow service inside and drive through is rough. Don't stop if you don't have ample time
