Absolutely amazing experience!
Customer service was excellent!! I truly felt heard and valued throughout the entire process. The staff are some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and they made everything so easy. They kept me updated every step of the way and communicated clearly about my car. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. They’re truly the best, and I highly recommend them!

This auto shop was fabulous. They call you every 2-3 business days to give you an update on your vehicle’s repair status. They are quick to serve you when you’re in the shop, they were convenient, coordinated the rental car pick-up, and overall they were kind and trustworthy people. I selected their shop because I had a good feeling about them (plus they were in-network with my car insurance), and they were wonderful to work with! I’d definitely use this shop again and I’ll be recommending it to others when the opportunity arises.

I brought my vehicle in for a hail damage claim for my insurance company. My vehicle was brought in 1 evening for a quote. The next day I recieved a call saying the claim had already been processed and the vehicle was already fixed and ready to be picked. I was very suspicious of the quick turnaround. Upon my arrival, I had glanced at the car and already saw an issue. It was very obvious. The dents were pulled and none of the paint chips were even acknowledged. Im not sure if the company thought I was an idiot or maybe I just wouldn't see the damage still there. I refused the vehicle.
The company then had to reprocess the claim, which was denied for whatever reason. I had to call my insurance company(excels job) and explain the negligence on the autobody shops part and explain why I wasnt excepting my vehicle. The claim then was reopened and approved for the additional damage that was ignored. During my many conversations back and forth with the shop we had negotiated a deal to fix some additional damage(not insurance related). The shop called me when the vehicle was done and asked for more money after the price for the extra was already negotiated and AGREED UPON.
So, not only did I have to fix their negligence with my insurance company(THOUSANDS OF EXTRA DOLLARS IN BUSINESS), I also had to pay more money AFTER everything was agreed upon for said extra. This was an extremely unprofessional experience for the workmanship(negligence of the paint damage), and the office(renegotiating prices after already agreed upon). This came as a huge letdown for myself. Here is the aftermath of their clean up as well. I assume this is the dust from sanding. They put a whole lot of effort into cleaning half of the vehicle. Real professional. I hope this helps someone else out in the future.

We’ve gotten work done on our car here three separate times. They do a great job communicating with insurance and keeping clients up to date. The work that was done we were happy with. The shop truly has a family run energy to it (not sure if it is, but the staff are really friendly and take time to talk). We will continue to go here anytime car work is needed. The process of getting an estimate was simple. Excel Auto Body took care of everything for the rental car. They took care of everything with the insurance company. They kept me updated throughout the process. They answered all my questions. Best part, I got my car back looking like new!!! Thank you so much!

Had a horrible experience with Excel. They were to fix hail damage on my truck. Waited 3 months to get my truck in for repairs, and somehow, they missed an additional $6,000 in damage (it was hail damage). Because of the new estimate, insurance ended up totaling my truck. Excel didn't seem to know what they were doing and had things on the estimate to be repaired that didn't have any damage.
I ended up taking my truck to another repair shop who was able to work with insurance and stop the truck from being totaled. The new repair shop was able to do the repairs for less. Thanks to the snafu with Excel, I had to wait another few months for repairs to be scheduled.

I was referred by the dealership i got my car from bc this is where they do their auto body work. I went for an estimate and was turned down bc I had too much hail damage and that they couldn’t get me in until next July 2025 (an entire year later). Wouldn’t even give me a quote without an insurance estimate, i asked about this in advance and was told this is fine. Hours were also not flexible and wasted time taking off work to get here. Don’t go here this place will waste your time.

Let me tell you! In a world where customer service oriented service is dying Excel does an amazing job! Found out about them through insurance claim. Insurance assesing thr dsmsge to my car to count all of it. Exel told me what was going and through the entire process did his psrt to communicate with me snd keep me in the loop.

Excel was amazing. They got my car finished in 2 days! Everyone there was so kind and kept me in the loop on my repairs. Highly recommend Excel to anyone needs auto repairs!!
