Every item that I wanted was not there.You will walk into a chaotic 5 below, and there's just stuff everywhere. It's like claustrophobic and hoarding. You gotta dig through everything and like. I said, I went there and wanted 3 things, and they didn't have any of them and they're simple things, so Not like they were when they first came out.The chesterfield location is much better than a saint charles location f y I.

They have a huge variety here. Very few things are actually below $5 now which was the original premise. This location, however, is very clean and usually very well organized. Staff greeted me upon entering. Overall one of the stronger locations. My go-to location now

I'm surprised at the quality that Five Below has been able to maintain through all the inflation. The store is bright, cheerful, and inviting with plenty of things for people of all walks and ages.
They have their summer stuff out, so if you plan on having some pool fun, come check out what they have!
It's been a long time since I've been in a Five Below, so I don't know if their other locations are on par with this one. I was genuinely impressed with my visit.

I’ve gotten 3 pairs of pants from five below and they all have holes in them. They are the Christmas pants and before I even put them on they have holes. Is there a way to be refunded?

We actually enjoyed our shopping experience. There were items that were a deal but also some that were definitely dollar store type items. Great selection of items. I bought a charging wire that ended up not working…waste of $5. I just didn’t feel like driving back for a return. The customer service was excellent. I’d come here again cause of the unique items they have.
