I was humiliated by the cashier name Kathy she treated me as if I had her cash and she treated me and told me that she was making sure because it's been fed took the flashlight to my money and everything when she got well my money was real. I don't recommend this place for nobody and it's too many time in a year where you have if you have a racist worker you don't need them in the front, at least let them work in the bed with the rest of them. I will be calling corporate for something to get handled. I don't recommend this place they don't like people of color.

Corporate greed is most definitely alive and well here. There is no longer any joy whatsoever coming in here - the prices are outrageous, management is rude and uncaring, and clearly whoever is setting prices is either high or truly clueless. To claim that the money is to “support job creation and pathways to employment opportunities around the St. Louis area” is a farce at best. More like support padding the envelope of the regional CEO’s new BMW fund. There’s no way the employees themselves could afford to shop here. There will be no money if people stop supporting this madness. Almost thirty one dollars for an old boombox? Eleven dollars for a dvd player with no power cord? Seven fifty for an off brand handheld mixer? I could go on and on. DON’T FORGET THAT GOODWILL GETS ALL THEIR MERCHANDISE FOR FREE THROUGH DONATIONS. Absolute corporate greed.

Today my mother left the store in TEARS. Looking for a seat for my 12month old and after buying the items the lady behind the counter told her she couldn’t hold the items long enough for my mom to get help to load the items (she also has my daughter whom she won’t leave in the store or in the car by herself, as she shouldn’t). She was told she needed to move her things and go outside because she was BLOCKING TRAFFIC. It is so cold and windy and she has A BABY with her.Goodwill should be disgusted to employee such a person. We will never shop here again.

I really wish toys were tested with batteries with the option to try in the store n charge for batteries. I've bought some toys here and I've learned to bring my own batteries bc we get them home and trying to do a return is like pulling teeth. Their prices are a tad high for most goodwills I've been to. One great deal I found was a 90.00 nike hoodie for 13.00

This goodwill used to be THE BEST. I thrifted here almost every week. But in the past year they have started increasing their prices by a ridiculous amount. Coats are now $15-$30 for example which is hilarious because this is a DONATION CENTER. They're taking peoples sweaty clothes for free and used to charge an appropriate amount. $5-$15. They've increased their prices on everything. You may as well just shop at hut no. 8, Plato's, or hell... even target. Goodwill is no longer goodwill. Not this location, at least.

UPDATE:I used to love going in to this store! There is always a great variety and staff is very nice making it a good experience, but their prices have changed dramatically ! They are putting retail prices for their items now and I could not believe their outrageous prices! I no longer recommend this place
