I've been with State Farm and Kevin Pierce's office for 16 years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff is consistently phenomenal. They not only help me find ways to save money, but they are also incredibly well-informed. The only question they couldn't answer for me was a specific auto claim issue, which, as expected, was handled by the claims department. They were also phenomenal. Having two auto claims at the same time is extremely confusing and stressful. Both the team in the office and the two separate claims departments were great at alleviating the stress while explaining that they pretty much take care of everything for me. I had damage to my vehicle from the March 2025 tornado. That claim was expertly handled by a team designated for these types of claims. The second claim was due to having someone back into the same vehicle. The claims department for that were definitely at the top end of exceptional service. You can’t help but feel guilty for opening two claims at nearly the same time, but Kevin’s team helped rid me of that feeling. I was, and am receiving better service than just being in “good hands”.
What truly distinguishes this team is the level of personal care. They've always treated me like family over the phone, taking the time to listen and build a genuine connection. This personalized service and attention to detail make them a truly rare find. The value of having my insurance expertly tailored to my needs by an agent and team I can trust completely outweighs any potential savings from another company. Hark! Gather ye round, good folk of this fair land, for I must needs proclaim the virtues of one Master Kevin Bourbon, a steward most noble in the realm of State Farm. Verily, never hath I encountered a man so steadfast, so full of grace and wisdom in the art of insurance and protection. From the moment I did cross his threshold, I was beguiled—aye, enchanted—as though by some gentle spell woven from kindness and care.
Master Bourbon, with countenance serene and voice like honeyed balm, didst take upon himself the charge of my worldly concerns. With quill in hand and knowledge vast, he did guide me through the labyrinthine scrolls of policy and coverage, making plain that which once seemed arcane.
