Was a little nervous going to this location for some tests my doctor ordered, but I am very pleased to say that my worries were quite unfounded! Everyone was nice to me, and I had no problems getting in. :) Very quick and efficient visit!

I had a health screening scheduled by my employer. My appointment was at 11:30am, I check in online, and receive a text around 11:30am that a technician will call me soon. I wait around 45 minutes (there are no workers in the waiting room to even be able to ask), then when my name isn't called by the next technician, I find out they canceled my appointment because they didn't have a measuring tape to do the required waist measurement. I was never informed of this via text, nor did any worker make any attempt to tell me this in person. The worker seemed more annoyed with me than apologetic on top of it.

I had to go there for a ua . The nurse was very rude, had a prejudice attitude. I had nothing to do with her past or her beliefs. Did not like her acting like I was the bad guy. I wasn't the one with the crappy attitude.

Stood at the secretary’s desk for five minutes waiting to be checked in and listened to the supposed health care professional berate a client behind closed doors. I could never imagine speaking to someone that way, or to be spoken to that way. I left without having my bloodwork drawn and instead went to the location on Kisker and had a fantastic, in-and-out, experience.

Garbage site, small, cramped, sick people packed in. Had an appointment scheduled, took off work, and paid for a ride only to be told, to leave because the system is down, it took several inquiries before they said I needed physical papers which were bot obtainable since my doctors office is closed. They are perfectly capable of sending text reminders and having me confirm my appointment through yesterday and this morning, a text to notify of rescheduling or closing would not be difficult, quest already does this. Suffice it to say, I will be staying with quest where I am treated like an adult and has nicer, cleaner, and all around better locations.

What's the point of making an appointment at 1:45, if I'm going to be called back at 2:35?

My experience was great! I arrived early for my appointment and checked in at the kiosk (it helps if you print out your appointment notice with the code on it to scan with the machine). There was only one other person in the small waiting room, and he was called in while I was checking in. Even though my scheduled appointment was a half-hour away, they called me in after only waiting a few minutes, for which I am very grateful (I'm sure it was because they were NOT BUSY and because where was NOT a back-up of patients waiting). The lady who drew my blood was very pleasant and cordial with me, she went over some required questions/paperwork, then drew my blood sample. Because I regularly donate blood with the ARC for the past 40 years, I was expecting some pain/problems with the needle stick. However, it was pain-free and very smooth! I was out of there in a matter of minutes. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

rude rude rude. older people need a better option for check in. maybe some help with the tablet. not an employee saying you did it wrong. do it again. or no you did not check in. Question? if you open at 8am, why are employees walking in at 805am? how can you be ready for patients at 8?

This location is the worst. I had an 8:30 appointment, didn't even see an employee until almost 9:00, then they started taking people back who had gotten there after me and didn't have appointments. I explained the situation, and they were very rude and continued to take people who got there after me. I've had previous interactions with very rude employees there. I will avoid it at all cost going forward.

I would give a 0 if I could. RUDE!! Not one person spoke to me when I walked in. The phlebotomist open the door did not look at me “said let’s go” did not speak to me at all . I hope they got the right orders for the right patient. She had an attitude when having to draw my blood .. again did not say a word to me!!! She got done slapped the tourniquet off. She tried to wrap my arm one handed, the wrap slapped back as I moved my arm up for her to get it around my arm. After it slapped up and blood went everywhere.. she said “keep your arm up!” Now I have a nice bruise where she drew blood because she did not do her job appropriately.I work for SSM and I will tell everybody, every patient I see , inpatient or outpatient not to go here! These people should not be employed. Ignorant to say the least. People please do not come here for labs.

We came in due to having to get labs from our pediatrician. No one was in the waiting room. We promptly checked in on the kiosk. We waited ten minutes. The employee in the back was on the phone being loud. It wasn't until another employee walked in, after another 5 minutes, we were brought back. We had Tiffany B. It was quite an ordeal honestly. She was stating that our child's blood was clotting too fast, but then said that it was because he had too much callus built up on his foot. Due to my background, I suggested you switching feet, but instead said she stuck him two times in the same foot.I do not feel like we got the quality of care that my son deserved and maybe there just needs to be more training especially when it comes to babies. I understand it's difficult and not easy especially with parents. As well as the long wait times when it was just us.

I was there Friday after Thanksgiving. I arrived there at 11:50 and the note on the window said closes at 12:00. A young lady got up and opened the door and was telling me she didn't know why the door was locked. At that moment an employee came from the back barking at me that they were closed !! Before I could say a word the employee once again barked at me that they were closed and the young lady was told to close the door. I'll never use that lab for anything !! I can see why it has a 2.9 rating....

I had a longer wait than expected but like everywhere else they were short staffed. People have got to be more patient and not blame the people who do show up for work. Danielle and Tiffany you are the best!
