No human beings...everything is automated. I dislike this almost as much as I intensely dislike not being able to pay my bill, in person, with cash. That should be illegal.

I have not really rented a storage unit before and I was a little nervous. I was able to find these guys online. I went to the website and was able to complete the rental in easy fashion. I never had to wait to talk to someone and it was on the weekend when it was convenient for me. I did all of this from my phone. Love it! To be honest I needed a larger unit however they did not have one available at the Elm Point facility. But wouldn’t you know. They have another facility located 1 minute down the street. So I actually ended up renting 2 units at 2 different locations. Both facilities were super clean, not one cigarette butt on the ground. I also loved the fact that even though I was issued a different code for each of my units. I used the Contact Us form on their website and someone from their company emailed me back within an hour with the same code for each of my units at two different facilities. Love this! My experience has been great and will definitely recommend to others!!!

So far so good. I like the 24 hour access and we can sign up in middle of night during an emergency. Love that and the smart units. Total access watching from my phone. Hell yes
