The customer service is very bad ,I bought a garage dore 2 yers a go , it was installed by lows team , the door is falling a part I want to them trying to get info about the company that manufactured the door so I can fill a warranty clame , the lady if the customer service department she refused to help me and told me it is not her problem she refused even to give me a phone number or email addrsss, she asked me to go online and try to find the info I need

Have maxed out and paid off a $6000 Lowe’s rewards card here about 6 times in the last five years or so. Today went in to return 4 little 3” pvc elbows. Was informed by rude customer service “Bailey” character snidely that they don’t give store
Credit anymore without receipt for cash purchased items. Two of my four elbows showed up as being from the Lowe’s card. Two of them apparently did not. It was like $5. But in this persons judgement it was better to lose
The client and the account than to issue a $5 store credit. I took the partial refund back onto the card and let her keep the other two elbows.
No charge.
That’s the level of service you can expect from a Lowe’s for its Lowe’s Pro customers.

We ordered a door instillation in October. Two separate people came out to measure. The door was ordered. The first person had a family emergency, instillation rescheduled. Then they hit a deer, instillation rescheduled but then another contractor came out that day. I thought wow finally. Well the first two people measured wrong so the door doesn’t fit, need to reschedule. Someone comes and measure and orders the correct door. Finally scheduled and it was raining and a little frost in the morning so rescheduled. Now it is a flat tire. Needless to say I am mad. My husband has taken off work 6 times for this. It isn’t ok and I can only suggest using another company.

Return policy is a nightmare, ordered a microwave and it came damaged. Was on the phone over an hour and they were unwilling to return their damaged project. Now I’m down $200+ and they won’t do anything about it even though it was damaged by them. Horrible business, go anywhere else.

Changed their return policy and they will not even do store credit if you are 1 day outside the strict window. Go to Home Depot in case your busy life doesn’t fit their rigid policy. Thankfully we have options.

The biggest shout out to Les. He saw me struggling in the paint department and jumped right over to help me out (even though they were right about to close!!) As he was helping me, another customer stopped over to also thank Les for helping him out so much. So, this guy is just all around a great employee and human. We need more Les in the world!

I normally use Ace because of the personal assistance. But Ace failed me 12/8. So I ended up at Lowes. because of Rich I will be doing all my house hold needs shopping there.
I purchased a weed eater . He came quickly after a I pushed the button . He was friendly, knowledgeable and even went and got me a cart. He is a keeper. Merry Christmas Rich!

Love Lowe's, never go to home Depot as it is a horrible store to deal with. Lowe's is simply the best choice to shop and credit products. If you want bad service and misguided service go to depot. If you want your experience go Lowe's.
