I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. “I normally don't leave reviews, but Matt goes above and beyond to make people happy. We made an appt for Monday, found a mattress we liked but my husband likes to research and think. We looked at other mattresses and read reviews. Needless to say we went back on Sat and bought the mattress we actually agreed on. After unboxing the mattress there was some damage done to the mattress. I texted Matt and he immediately said he was coming to the house to pick it up and swap out the damaged one. He even helped us unbox the new one to make sure it was perfect. I would highly recommend buying your next mattress from Matt. Thank you Matt you are an amazing person and we really appreciate you. Side note, the big box stores would have never immediately offered to come pick up and deliver a replacement.”

“The service here both in store and with the service tech was amazing! Julie was very friendly and not pushy at all when it came to selecting my sectional. When I brought it home and discovered some broken wires and connectors for the reclining motors, it was very easy to set up a service call. The service tech Jermaine was just as friendly, knowledgeable and patient as he replaced the motors. Sectional works just as it should now!”

“Timothy was pleasant and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, however I still have no heat due to what Timothy wrote in his report. The fact that I am a new homeowner with this property, him telling them that the furnace was dirty and maintenance on the furnace is part of the issue.
I told him that I had nothing to do with the maintenance of the furnace due do the fact that I just purchased the house was not put in the report. Now it seems that my home warranty plan that I purchased at closing is not going to pay for the repairs based on Timothy's findings. So at this point I am still without heat in my home. Timothy should have disclosed the conversation that he and I had regarding the fact that the maintenance had nothing to do with me, the new homeowner. I had already disclosed with Choice Home Warranty that I was the new owner and they had to honor that, and any repairs for the furnace doesn't fall on me. The issue was already in the home before I purchased it and it passed inspection.”
“I can say Mark was very helpful. The differences in your products are quite telling! He did not bad mouth other brands that I brought up and provided me with info on how Sleep Number is the far better option! I do wish you could match some of the other products perks (pillows),when you’re purchasing a $7K bed a $100 a set of pillows should be included for the complete experience of your technology! Since we won’t receive our bed until mid January (???) I can’t say that our experience can be judged until then”
