The manager and a staff member actually helped me load the set onto my vehicle and assisted in securing it to the roof of my Jeep. I was concerned at first because I was never told whether or not if they would even have any sort of straping material or twine available to attach it to the roof of my car. After a few seconds I could tell that he had the confidence in securing the load from experience. We stopped by Verlo in St. Charles, asked what could be done, and they said they could pick it up, adjust it, and get it back to us the next day. We did pay a few hundred dollars for this service and are very happy with the result!”
