“All the staff was great!! Shannon, and the others. I asked for her name specifically because she helped us find the deals however we were greeted by Sarah (I just made that name up) who gave us the run down on the background of the store and told us about the current promotions. It was a pleasant visit. Tyler was great too. Check the names. I know Shannon is correct but they all need their praise.”
“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”

Patrick was incredibly knowledgeable about suit fashion and design. I went to three different suit shops and settled on INDOCHINO because of the experience I had. “I have shopped at your stores for 25 years. Your staff is excellent. Since COVID I have noticed the quality of HB products has gone down. For example, boxer briefs and t-shirts. Stitching and drawstrings not good. I purchased Red Heat winter gloves. Ten minutes outside in the first snow I had to take them off. Cotton garden gloves were warmer. Puma socks, sizes 12>16. I wear a 12. They didn't fit. Too small. I realize that you don't make the products you sell but you are responsible for their quality. A suggestion is to ask your employees to test the products before you sell them.”
“Stopped in here for some holiday shopping and I was able to pick up a few stocking stuffers. This store has a great variety of items from clothing, to crystals, to cups, to camping stuff. You can find something for ANYONE in here! Cool unique items too!The store is nicely organized and items are clearly priced. When it's busy it can be very tight and difficult to move throughout the store.Opportunity for better signage to find this store - the outside sign says "life is good".”

“Marty is an icon of professionalism. I needed a new suit for my daughter's wedding. Marty helped me make my decision within minutes. He knew what type of suit I needed for the occasion, and after a few minutes of conversation, Marty had a sense for my taste. When I went to pick up the suite, it needed additional alterations for a proper fit. There was no problem- the suit was ready the next day. If you need a cheap suit, Sam Cavato's is definetly not your place. If you want an old school, locally owned buisness that will cater to you with quality, Sam Cavatos is your place. Marty told me he has worked there for nearly a hundred and fifty years. I have a feeling that if I have a problem with my suit a year from now, Marty will be the guy who will set things straight.
