I reached out to Michael Cassara with Allstate to help with coverage for my Condo. My coverage for my condo was dropped due to a water pipe bursting. Michael took the time to explain why I was dropped and helped me with coverage for my condo. I dropped my other coverages with another insurance company and placed all my needs with Allstate. They have saved me money but most of all he took the time to answer all my questions. No other insurance company wanted to help me.

All-State has been a good insurance agency, I made a good decision in going with them to represent me, I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto insurance their rates are lower than your average insurance agency and if you live in st Charles I would recommend asking for Michael Cassara he is honest and responsive he will give you a good quote.

I use Allstate for auto and home, and I really like this agency. I get affordable prices, a quality staff, great recommendations, thorough explanations; everything that I want. A friend of mine recently used Allstate/Cassara agency for storm damage on the homeowners policy, and was completely satisfied!! I don't think that you can beat Allstate and the Michael Cassara Agency.
