One of the best laundrymats I have dealt with...everytime I go there there is at least 1 if not 2 attendants there and they are very helpful

Our washer/dryer went out and we needed clothes washed. I hadn't been to a laundromat in many years, and picked this one due to the reviews. I'm glad I did! Very clean and quiet. The machines all worked great. Variety of sizes for the washers and dryers. If we need to use a laundromat, we'll definitely be back.

I have been going to Washboard for several years as we full time RV. We have an all in one but sometimes I just like going to get everything done quickly. The staff is always friendly & the facilities are always very clean.

Place is neat, and organized. I like that there are available payment options like coins, and card. The lady attendant is also nice enough to guide me through the steps since it is my first time washing here and when I didn’t have coins with me, and the machines that accepts card isn’t available at the moment as someone’s using it, they have the option to pay up front in the counter and they can actually manually start the machine that accepts coins. It’s raining but it’s a good day to do laundry because of this place. I found the laundromat that is right for me

The card machines didn’t work for any dryer. Tried multiple credit cards, different carriers, all didn’t work. Came here in a pinch and was let down. Don’t waste your time.

My dryer is out; was looking for a place to dry my clothes. This place is fantastic ! I spend $3.50 to dry 4 loads of laundry in a super large dryer. The place was super clean and lots of places to fold your laundry. There were to ladies working there. Both were cleaning the place. Was amazed they wipe down each washer and dryer after being used. Will definitely be back !

I would leave zero stars if given the option. The older woman working there is bigoted and discriminatory. She harassed my disabled wife and brought her to tears. I had seen this woman discriminate against and make faces behind the back of a black couple that were doing their laundry and accusing them of making her machines dirty. These people just a had a regular small load nothing big or dirty just regular clothes and she went through their machine searching for lords knows what and never finding anything. This woman really needs some professional mental health help and not be working with the public, but it seems this is all they got because they can never keep anyone working there longtime. Every new person they get seems to quit very quickly.

I haven't used a laundromat for 23 years but as I needed to wash a large comforter I found myself in Midtown Washboard. I was greeted with a big smile from Tina who was more than helpful in showing me which size washing machine I needed and how to use it. I noticed that she knew many of the customers in the laundry and greeted everyone as they came in. I found it convenient that you can use a credit/debit card to operate their machines or you have the option of using their change machine to turn dollar bills into quarters. They also have a soap/bleach/softener dispenser where you can purchase these items if you don't feel like dragging in big bottles to wash your clothes. The laundromat itself and the machines were very clean. I highly recommend this business!

Super nice laundromat, probably the nicest I’ve ever been to. Very clean and tons of machines. I came on a Sunday morning and it was very quiet and the staff seems very nice. They have nice areas you could sit and wait at: tables, seating, even a play area with a few toys and books for kids. A little pricier than some I’ve been to but not outrageous and worth it for the amenities. Really like that you can check online and see how many machines are open and how much longer is on your cycle.

Very nice and clean laundry mat. My washer at home was acting up and this place was down the street. They have a kids section with toys to keep the little ones busy, and right next door is the great Mid Town Market. The machines are in great working condition (at least the ones I’ve used), it doesn’t take long to to do a full wash and dry, and on their website is LIVE washing machine availability as well as time left on each machine.

Arrived at 9:05 and waited 15 minutes for the wash and fold service with no attendant arriving. Called the phone number listed on their hours to receive an automated message, resulting in not being able to get in touch with someone.

The app that they use at the laundromat that allows you to pay debit is so convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. I love coming here
