I would leave zero stars if given the option. The older woman working there is bigoted and discriminatory. She harassed my disabled wife and brought her to tears. I had seen this woman discriminate against and make faces behind the back of a black couple that were doing their laundry and accusing them of making her machines dirty. These people just a had a regular small load nothing big or dirty just regular clothes and she went through their machine searching for lords knows what and never finding anything. This woman really needs some professional mental health help and not be working with the public, but it seems this is all they got because they can never keep anyone working there longtime. Every new person they get seems to quit very quickly.

I haven't used a laundromat for 23 years but as I needed to wash a large comforter I found myself in Midtown Washboard. I was greeted with a big smile from Tina who was more than helpful in showing me which size washing machine I needed and how to use it. I noticed that she knew many of the customers in the laundry and greeted everyone as they came in. I found it convenient that you can use a credit/debit card to operate their machines or you have the option of using their change machine to turn dollar bills into quarters. They also have a soap/bleach/softener dispenser where you can purchase these items if you don't feel like dragging in big bottles to wash your clothes. The laundromat itself and the machines were very clean. I highly recommend this business!

Super nice laundromat, probably the nicest I’ve ever been to. Very clean and tons of machines. I came on a Sunday morning and it was very quiet and the staff seems very nice. They have nice areas you could sit and wait at: tables, seating, even a play area with a few toys and books for kids. A little pricier than some I’ve been to but not outrageous and worth it for the amenities. Really like that you can check online and see how many machines are open and how much longer is on your cycle.

Very nice and clean laundry mat. My washer at home was acting up and this place was down the street. They have a kids section with toys to keep the little ones busy, and right next door is the great Mid Town Market. The machines are in great working condition (at least the ones I’ve used), it doesn’t take long to to do a full wash and dry, and on their website is LIVE washing machine availability as well as time left on each machine.

Arrived at 9:05 and waited 15 minutes for the wash and fold service with no attendant arriving. Called the phone number listed on their hours to receive an automated message, resulting in not being able to get in touch with someone.

The app that they use at the laundromat that allows you to pay debit is so convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the place is very clean. I love coming here

Worth the extra driving for a CLEAN and FRIENDLY place to do your laundry. Don’t be afraid to ask the attendants for whatever you need. The older woman working can be intimidating but she only wants you to have a pleasant experience.

I'm not one to usually post reviews but I feel I must speak my mind. This is my local laundromat that i've been going too for some time now. I usually have no issues and i'm in and out with my laundry. Last night (5/4/23) one of the employees racially profiled me and my boyfriend. We got there around 6:30 and were finished with everything around 9:15. My boyfriend had a stomach virus so he had been in the bathroom for a few minutes while I folded some clothes. One of the employees started to rush him out the restroom after he stated several times that he was in there using the restroom and wasn't feeling good. She then proceeded to get other people involved (a friend she had sitting there waiting on her I assume) and they started timing how long he was in the restroom. After about 5 mins or so, she started asking me questions about what he was doing in there and that "They don't condone shenanigans". i'm not sure what she meant by shenanigans but I took offense to it. Another few moments go by and she starts putting her ear up to the bathroom door and knocking telling him "she needs to clean the restroom" This was at about 9:00 and the building doesn't close until 10. She then told us that if he didn't exit the bathroom, she would call the police on us because she assumed he was in there doing "shenanigans" which again im not sure what shenanigans she's speaking about. I find this very unprofessional and has made us very uncomfortable to where we don't want to come back. i'm very upset with this place and the lady that was there last night. we are not satisfied at all!!!! this is not ok!!!

Drop off service or DIY laundryWashers can handle multiple loads as can dryers, not to mention it takes CC. That’s a new one on me. Machines that take credit and debit card

This stop seemed expensive and there wasn't much to do while you wait on your laundry. I'd put in some games or slots if it were my store. There was great service, just nothing extra to entertain you so bring your phone or something to occupy u.

Clean facility, quiet, no hassle machines, wifi, and they have a nice variety of sizes on the washers.

This is a nice, clean laundromat that has card readers for convenience. It's ¢25 to $1 higher than the 5th St. Laundromat only because of the convenience of the card readers. The washers and dryers are big and powerful and do the job well.

Clean laundromat. Unfortunately I had two separate situations happen in which my laundry was damaged. The first situation, I did not call about due to the circumstances, new comforter and new laundromat. The second time, $120 worth of damage to my laundry. I was offer a free wash and dry. NO Thank you. Will not be returning. In response to Midtown Washboard.I agreed it is unfortunate that your machines damaged my garments even after I did my due diligence to check the machine prior to use. As I explained to you during our conversation I have washed my clothes with the settings used many times at other laundromat without issue. It's seems that my garments were caught in between the drum and machine causing the reside and destruction of my articles..Both times I have used Midtown Laundromat I have had damaged articles ($250+). I used different machines and different dryers. Is that a fluke??It was a disgrace in opinion be offered a free wash and a free dry. It would have been better to apologize and mention the wash at your own risk signage. Agurging with a customer may not be yhe best business practice. Peace be with you. Good luck in your business.
