Outstanding service and honest pricing. These guys know trailers and customer service. I was back on the road after a bent axle less than 24 hrs after accident and less than 6 hours after they got my rig in the shop. Won’t go anywhere else.

Moore trailer did an excellent job on a small trailer repair. My coupler had broke and then the safety chains failed as well, thankfully at a low speed. They sold me the coupler and I was able to install that myself. I then took it to the actual store/repair shop. They replaced the chains and checked over the coupler as well as tires bearings and lights. I gave them a budget to not exceed and they called me with 2 options for repair. They fixed my trailer much better than I was expecting in a timely and affordable (yet fair) manner. Highly recommend and will be back.

My trailer has never been the most reliable due to poorly balanced construction, but after leaf springs and a good once over from Moore trailers, my little rv travel trailer made a 2000+ mile trip over 5 days. Their prices were reasonable and their work was better than most rv or trailer service places.

So many great parts for so many different trailers. They have so many different balls and they are all different sizes, so know what size balls you need before you go in there.

Came in 2 times got wrong parts 2 times once I gave a part number the 2nd I brought the part they gave me a new part I should have checked them before I left would not use
