This place was AMAZING. My whole experience was fantastic . I was quoted more than HALF the rate of other places around, the staff is respectful and polite, the work is phenomenal, and they are flexible and fit me in when I was in a bind. I will be going back for everything and referring everyone that will listen. Never have I had such a great experience from an automotive shop. This is my place for life now!

I was not happy with the service I received, I was quoted one price then charged a higher price, on top of that I was informed that they could not complete the work and referred me to the dealer for an additional cost. This is not the way to build a business. I patroned this business for fifteen years before this owner took over this business, ROY, the previous owner took care of his customers. and had a great business.

Either a terrible mechanic or a good scam artist, definitely do not trust them with any vehicle you care about, gave them my truck for an oil leak and my driveshaft snapped and I was on the side of the road within 5 miles after leaving their shop.

I have had a good experience here before, so I decided to return when I recently needed my radiator replaced. I picked up the car and everything seemed fine until it started making loud noises, like something on the bottom of the car was about to fall off. I take it back into the a few days later to see if maybe they could explain what they did to my car and why it's messed up now. They checked my car once again and proceeded to ask me "What did you drive through, girl?" I told them nothing and this was the condition my car was in when I picked it up previously. He simply brushed me off and told me that I will need to buy new fender covers. I leave, absolutely pissed and go to a different shop later in the day. One simple look and they found the issue no problem. The bolts to put the entire cover underneath the car were not screwed in properly. Two of the bolts were missing and the remaining he was able to unscrew by hand in about 5 seconds. Due to old town automotive my car has sustained more damage than when I first brought it in. The bolts caused parts of the bottom of the car to drag and almost completely destroy the underneath of my car. Thanks for the service, and waste of money. I won't be back!Edit: Once again, my car did not have that damage when I took it to you in the first place. My dad never said that driving on a gravel road is what caused the damage. Driving on a rock road did not tear apart the underneath of my car. YOUR poor lack of attention did. Also, weird how you skip over the fact the bolts weren't screwed in. If you would've just owned up to your mistake in the first place, I wouldn't have cared. Mistakes happen. You chose to lie about it and that just reflects very poorly on you and your business.
