This is the condition my little guy was in after his grooming appointment. One vet visit and a cortisone shot later he fortunately is doing better. Spoke with a manager who could have cared less and the really disappointing thing is I left message a week ago for his groomer who has been grooming him for years and never heard back from her. I understand things happen but he is really traumatized and makes me sad she didn't care enough to call and shed some light on what might have happened.

If you’re looking for an amazing groomer, Kenzy S. is the one! I have three dogs, and after trying many groomers, we’ve finally found someone we truly love. Kenzy is experienced, patient, and so loving with the pups. I recommend her to all my friends, and they’ve started taking their dogs to her as well. You won’t be disappointed!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was beyond pathetic. I placed a curbside order for frozen dog food (66oz) and kitten wet food; when I picked it up it was 2oz and I also noticed the box for kitten food was damaged. I run back inside to exchange to correct order.
The MANAGER(blonde, with glasses) tells me I have the right one and that online made a mistake bc the SKU number on the order is the 2oz packet. When I clearly placed an order that said 66oz.
I asked if I can exchange to different brand and I would pay the difference. She tells me NO, I would have to call online order customer service and deal with them. Or deal with the product they gave me. I then asked for a refund she said no they don’t do that. Which I know they can do because something similar happened previously at a different location and they mistakenly gave me wrong food and they were able to take care of the situation.
I rather drive 25 min just to go to Creve Couer location or I may start going to a different company now!!!!

Our Beautiful Bichon was sheared like a sheep! We are heartbroken! This is one star in order to write this. Shevwas gorgeous and now shaven roughly. Who could do such a thing? And $70!

Saltwater tanks were a disaster. Filthy. Freshwater tanks had dead fish floating in the water.. would not recommend this store.

Only for the groomers. They are awesome with my cat as always. Rude cashier. Zero stars for cashier.. I was here before they opened. I was needing to pay for services. I squeaked there toy on the counter as directed x2 waited over 8 min. So I walked around to find employee. Rude female were not open yet. I know this I'm here from grooming paying for my services. She said you can't be walking around here. Well what do you expect me to do?? I need to pay. She shrugged her shoulders very Rude person. I only return for there groomers. I will not buy anything else here. Made me feel like I'm a thief.

You replied the same thing to someone else a couple of months ago, yet here we are, nothing changed.
For at least the last 10 years this particular store is always filthy, but this time they really outdid themselves. Gives the whole brand a bad name.
Went to buy some fish for my aquarium and left disgusted. The tanks were filthy. Moss growing in almost all the tanks. Some the glass was so green- brown you could barely see inside. The worse was the ones with thick gunk floating on top of the water. I have never seen a petco in this gross of a state! You can do better or don't sell animals.
Seriously this should be reported.
