I walked in at 650, there was a young lady worker ( young lady with thick glasses)standing right near the entrance. I went back to fish area and picked out 7 fish (about $60). I then walked around and found tje young lady and asked for help she she couldn't help me because they close in 4 mins. Ridiculous...she should have greeted me when I walked in and helped me with the fish.

Friendly staff, we called to see if they had an item instock a d they ended up holding it for us at the front. Seems like one of the better big box pet stores.

Yea it's petsmart, so they have your pet supplies that corporate has them stock, but I REFUSE to speak to any member of staff more than I have to. They're all rude, disinterested in actually helping the customer or your pet, and the level of unprofessionalism will blow your mind.

Lot of pet stores out there this one always appears to be super clean which I appreciate and they have a really good almost always dedicated staff to supporting the fish area.

Terrible location and company in general. Usually avoid this store. Overpriced, rude, limited selection. Tried their vet svc YEARS ago, to have them injured my purebred Labrador, doing a procedure they had no authorization to do...trying to uncharge me for it. I went back this day ONLY for my son, who was looking for an item he said he couldn't find anywhere else. They didn't have it. Do NOT trust this company.

I had the most horrible experience. A total nightmare! Took my dog in for bath and cut for thanksgiving holiday. I was told at the time of appt was set up that I’d be receiving $10 off for new customer. A lie. Traveled an hour to appt and was called
3-1/2 hours later to pick my 4 pd yorkie up. I was told that a family emergency came up, and the groomer had to leave. I practically begged for someone else to finish the job and was told no and that they were booked. I was devastated. There was no compassion at all!I have a prissy baby yorkie that I took in with bows and ribbons and picked her up looking like a stray dog! I should have read these reviews beforehand! Parents if you don’t gamble please stay away because it’ll be like a roll of the dice that you walk away satisfied.

My JRT is a Banfield pet and I absolutely love the staff there. They are always so friendly and they are great with him. The PetSmart staff is always so helpful and friendly as well.

Our dogs have fleas and we made an appointment for them to get a flea bath. When we get there, the groomer that was supposed to be washing them was backed up which is understandable but the next groomer wasn’t available for another 30 minutes. They took the dogs and said it would be a couple hours and when we left it was around 1130 expecting them to be done around 2:00 - 2:30. Around 1:40 we called and asked when the eta was they couldn’t give us a time but said it would be several hours until they would be ready because they have to dry still. They didn’t call us until 3:37 saying they were ready and then called again at 447 mind you, we live 30 minutes away from the petsmart and we were down the street and then told us if we were not there within the 6 hour mark they would charge us a fee for handling after they took 5 hours on 2 dogs as I digress, DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE, if you ask them every dog bites while they are there looking at other reviews.
