Took my 2023 Sierra in for a 2inch leveling kit, new tires, and new wheels. The entire staff at PUR Performance was exceptional. Worked directly with Paul who was very professional and even got my truck in a week early than scheduled. Entire process was smooth and they turned it around in less than half a day! Definitely recommend and will be revisiting for additional services.

This place is huge. They have some pinball and an arcade multi game set up with a TV and tablet tv in their waiting area for you to pass the time for free. I was in and out in no time. Their techs do know what they are doing. I was very pleased and will go back for any of my mod needs.

Got my 24 Silverado trail boss leveled and put some 33s on it with an alignment. Dropped my truck off the night before and it was done by 8:30am. Very happy with the work!

I brought my jeep in because I thought my rock lights were defective and I wanted to have them replaced. Shelby called me an hour later and said that she had an extra remote and that they had my rock lights working and I could come get my jeep. No charge. These guys are awesome honest and professional!! I have used them for all of my jeep upgrades and they do an amazing job!!! That is absolute trust and honesty something that is hard to find in today’s world! ?????

Ghosted. I called several times to get a quote on adding a brake controller to my Toyota. Each time the guy on the phone said he would look into it and call me back. Each day throughout the courof a week i called them back and they said they were working on it and would call me back. They never called back and the last 2 times i called they just picked up the phone and hung it up lol. Real pros. So i had to go elsewhere with my business. I wont be back

I got a lift and suspension work on my Jeep today and I am very pleased with the results .Very precise timing! I can say I would feel comfortable with letting them do more work on my vehicle.

I don't think people understand what the reviews are for... You don't trash a good reputation of a business because somebody did something on their own free time... You review the business solely on your experience with the business, not going on here and trashing a business name over something that has nothing to do with the business itself. This isn't a review of the owner. It's review of PUR Performance. ??♂️

Amazing company, great service, and quality work. Don’t believe the recent negative reviews. It’s incredible how people nowadays can take a personal issue between two people and try to publicly ruin lives and businesses because of it. If anyone has ever slid on ice, you’d understand…a car slid into a mailbox, a check was given to the police to cover the cost of repairs, and it should be over. Attempts to ruin peoples personal lives, and especially the business they work for, is uncalled for and unrelated. Pur Performance is fantastic and won’t let you down…don’t let recent reviews steer you away.

Beware of the shady mgmt here, ran by Shelby Beer. Other reviews mentioning the same are valid. She’s rude, not responsive and a liar. Her and her family will harass you if you voice your opinion about them or this shop for their reputation. Save yourself and your vehicle a headache and go to Richland or anywhere else.
