I had no wait, the phlebotomist was very kind, professional and drew blood painlessly. I bruise very easily from blood draws and only had a tiny stab mark after. Overall excellent experience!

I started taking my daughter here last year and no issues. Recently she has blood work order 10-20-23 and now 11-18, 2 times I've made appts and get there and she's not in system. There was only 2 people there and she told me to come back later. My daughter has to fast and is in school. So early mornings is best, I don't understand why they couldn't just take her back. There was only 2 people waiting. I will not be taking her back to this location. My daughter has major signs for thyroid issues and shouldn't take over a month to get her blood work done.

I've been coming to this location since it's owned by Mercy and never had a "bad" experience. Today, the tech, was super nice, quick, and had no issues finding a vein on me or my daughter. Question as a company is challenging to get in touch with, however, there are ways to connect if you try hard enough.

Dropped by this morning because my teenage daughter needed blood work. Got in and waited about 3 minutes before they got us in. Deshon, sorry if I missed spelled it, was amazing. She made my daughter feel a million times better! And not only that, she was gentle, fast, a really nice. We left out of there smiling and laughing when I expected tears. We’ll be back to this location for sure!

You're going to want to make an appointment first. But the woman who did my labs was amazing. I want to say her name was Shontae, but I'm not sure. I was so anxious and on the verge of passing out. She was patient with me and I barely felt anything. I really appreciate her.

Last year the employees were much more helpful and nice. Not this year.

I have medical issues that require frequent blood labs. I have gone to several Quest locations and have NEVER had a bad experience. All staff have been friendly, polite and efficient. I can't thank them enough for making what could be a dreaded procedure. They are the best.

You can never get a hold of anybody. You make an appointment and find out they're closed for a renovation. Then you try to call them and cancel an appointment because you're ill and you get you get this place in New Jersey. There's no way to get ahold of any Quest Diagnostics the automated system sucks you go online and you can't find anywhere to cancel your appointment the phone lines don't help you out the messaging does not help you out because it's all automated. Mercy should have stayed Mercy lab and at Outdoors to this piece of crap Quest Diagnostics

I had an appt at 7:30 at Bluestone location, but thought it was at the Mexico Rd location, so when I figured it out, and got to Bluestone, I was at least 30 minutes late. They could have sent me away, but Jenny said she would take me right away and get my bloodwork done for my upcoming drs appt. She was chatty and nice, and we talked about the challenges of working in healthcare, which is something I know about firsthand.I was fasting for these tests, and I knew I could not do a reschedule, and I am grateful that Jenny worked with me on this issue. I am mad that the Mexico Road office was so belligerent and would not even consider working me in. One good experience after a bad one seems like such a blessing, and I am glad I saw and met Jenny on this particular day. Thanks Jenny!

Had an appointment for 11:30am on a Friday for a blood draw. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Technician was prompt and friendly. Would come here again!

Worst customer service experience. I made an appointment online for an 11 am test, got to the site 10 minutes before my appointment. Upon arrival there was no option to select that I had an appointment, I could scan a QR code (which I did not have) or just sign in. There was no one to speak with until a person came out of the secure room. No door bell, no method of real contact. I got put in a que with a 20+ minute wait. Even when I asked the lab tech how appointments were managed there was little to no help, apparently they have no method to validate appointments made online unless you print the QR code. I called the customer service and was told that location is not following the process. That I should have been able to enter my phone number and select that I had made an appointment. Seems to be a real disconnect from how this location is operating vs what the corporate office instructs them to do with the technology. I would strongly recommend going to one of the other quest locations before considering this one.

I went into this Quest this morning and had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at lab. I am a nurse and I am appalled that a health care worker like this could be employed at Quest. The lady working there at 7 am this morning who drew my lab was extremely rude. I have a chronic health condition and need an infusion as soon as possible. However, I just got new insurance and have not received my physical cards yet but have my digital card and had it ready for her. She acted like this was a huge ordeal and said they usually have to have the physical card. I asked her what people do if they need labs but don’t get cards for weeks from insurance. She said “they just wait until they get their cards”. I then said what if it was an emergent situation. Her response was “then go to the emergency room.” It’s sad that quest employs people that don’t want to do their job. It’s also sad that your employees tell people to go to the emergency room to get their labs drawn because they don’t have physical cards.

Even with a scheduled appointment. The wait was more than 30mins. I don't understand what's the point of an appointment. Very small office. Waiting room didn't have more than 4 people including me. Ridiculous
