I have always grabbed a muffin before going into my night shift, never a problem. Now they say they have to let the donuts sit for 3 hours before they can put them in the case.
First you take away the frozen cappuccinos that I also got for work,now the donuts.

Drink stations are always broken. Why can't you get good repair people. 2nd time posting....still waiting on rooster booster drink station to get repaired. Why does it take so long.

QuikTrip has gone way downhill I remember back in the day when they were so clean they would sweep and power wash the parking lot at night wipe down the pumps they don't do any of that now I go to the one on South Kings highway it's disgusting The gas islands are filthy trash everywhere nothing's been wiped down I don't know who runs QuikTrip now The stores are beautiful but they are not clean there filthy they definitely don't take this business serious anymore they used to take the customer serious but they walked away to who they used to be they're no different than a 7-Eleven or a circle k now their employees are a bit better but not always and they definitely don't clean I'm disgusted at the way quick trip is treating the cleanliness of the stores now they've walked away from their core values I've been to QuikTrips all over this country for years and I've seen it slowly and decay

Forgot about my job interview twice and showed up over 15 minutes late to my last one. proceeded to lie about the hair dress code because they did not like my appearance (I am well kept but the top half of my hair is dyed)

I have always been pleased with South Lindbergh location. I go in every day for a diet coke. No fountain diet coke for over a week then I come back from a week's vacation and still no diet coke. Disappointing.

My supervisor was always nice to the people WHEN AT THE OFFICE, but when he became a supervisor after one retired this man did everything he could to make the clerks job harder and it wasn't things the company asked for he was OCD.

Signage clearly say 2 for 5 monsters but rings up as 3.19 price only. When told I want 2 for 5. As posted they said it was reg fault and nothing they could do.

The supervisor for the st louis area always finds something to nitpick and will write you up over the littlest things that other companies would not he is not following protocol.

Very unprofessional ☹️ I was contacted by this headquarters to interview but, the day of my interview I waited 45 minutes just for no one to ever conduct the interview. Then when I tried calling and emailing MULTIPLE times to reschedule no one ever responded.Sadly I have lost my faith in QT as a professional company to work for!

Chouteau and Jefferson had all the doors locked but one what's the point of having a security there if they goan lock all but 1 door st 2am it's busy

I went to the location on 2741 New Hallsferry road at 5:30 pm they had a hand written sign on the lottery machine saying the machine was down. I said to the cashier your machine is not down y'all cut it off she she just there. That's not the first time I went in there and they said it was down I live around the corner I get my gas snack and everything there.
