I have been going to and have pretty positive experiences with the quick trips in the saint Charles area, but my experience today was pretty poor. i did try and go to the website and see if there was somewhere i could post my feedback there but did not see anything. i ordered breakfast for my family (my experience prior to this is better than most of the fast food restaurants). I don't expect gourmet, but basic and reasonable expectations. if i order a burrito, i want a burrito that i can eat and eat without a fork. if i order a bacon croissant. i expect there to be bacon on it. the stuff that i believe was once bacon appeared to be so charred that it did not look like bacon, or taste like anything but ash. and my breakfast burrito, was double wrapped and had completely come apart in the packaging, basically inedible on the fly. i ended up having to just throw it away. I figurately lit a $20 bill on fire. i will not be going to these locations going forward for breakfast. should have just made my own. the people were very nice, and everything else about the location i did not have issues with.

While the location of this QT is inconvenient enough to where I avoid getting gas here, they are my top pick for great pizza at a great price. I can get an XL pizza, enough for both my 19 year-old son and myself, for $10 and change, AND it's better than the local pizza chains. They also offer curbside service, which is AH.MAZ.ING. on the days that I've just gotten off from work and have no energy left to deal with people, or walk more than the steps required to collapse on my couch. Hopefully they'll buy out the old Mobil location on Elm St, which would make the QT location more convenient and traffic friendly.

I guess food customization for QT kitchens just doesn't mean anything because I've been to a few locations and it's consistently a problem. I'll pay extra for toppings only for them not to be included, and if I request for something to be left off it usually seems like they add tons of it.

Do not order from this kitchen they are the worst they're slow they get your order wrong and the food is always gross! And customer service there is none

The cashier Drew was very helpful and nice and it put me in a better mood I had to pay part card and part change, and he didn't at all make me feel like a burden

It's my neighborhood QT! I'm a regular. Staff are friendly and funny. Store is clean. I'm sad when my Diet Coke fountain drink is out of order (happens occasionally), but life isn't always fair. That's when I have to stray and go to the QT a little farther down the street. Otherwise, I am a loyal patron of this location and will likely have an ungodly amount of check-ins.
