They have completely given up on their grill items in the last year. They are always burnt and disgusting. Several were expired and still being sold. Not just a little burnt, Destroyed. Not acceptable for human consumption and old and rotten. I just pointed out all their rotten food to Greg the manager and he said I could pick another item that isn't expired... So I guess I just need to hope I'm not being sold rotten or expired food at this location.

My visibly older, with grey hair - 36 year old fiancé walks in for beer forgot his ID- denied. I walk in with a valid ID- denied. What a joke - go to Costco for both gas and booze with no issues .

The guy making the sandwiches was great. He was hustling and on top of it. The girl making the drinks was the complete opposite. Obviously had no clue what she was doing. All 3 of our different frappes came out looking the same and DEFINITELY did NOT look anything like the picture on the menu. QT should invest in getting new management at this location and should train the kitchen team how to make the products they offer.

This Is my daughter's favorite gas station to visit and I surely had no issues until late last night getting off of work Stressed out and tired went inside the store to buy a couple of things and two guy workers discriminated me because of my hair color. Such foolishness I tell you because a hair color is a hair color and I wasn't bothering no one. & my hair color is something I purely do just to uplift me and to prevent grey hairs as I get older because it's just a choice of preference so I will not ever change me for still trying to like myself as I become older. But the disrespect and foolishness to my face was so unnecessary and I should have read his name badge better

I’d greatly appreciate not being followed around the store, thanks. Especially being since I’m a paying customer. Tonight I walked in and I guess because I was taking on the phone one of your assiociates thought it necessary to walk up directly to me and glare at me while also foolishly pretending to be stacking something right next to me…that’s quite a bit of paranoia for someone who walked in in scrubs and ended paying for what they were made uncomfortable to grab.

Kitchen does not read orders. When you are paying an extra $2.25 for each sandwich to get your chosen toppings you should get what you pay for. This has happened more than once, this time I decided to report the issue. They need more attentive employees.
