I needed to order a hardwood to match hardwood we installed in our house several years ago. Jason was able to find the company and get an order. He was great about keeping up with the status of the order and getting it to the house. He also provided a list of different hardwood flooring installers and suggested a couple that had good feedback. We ended up hiring Tim Scott from A Step Above Flooring. Tim was quick to get us an estimate, and was on time and did a great job with the installation and clean up! All around great experience!

My wife and I are pretty particular about our home. We've worked very hard remodeling it since moving in eight years ago. We worked with both Jason and Scott through out our kitchen renovation from design to the finished and functioning kitchen. To be transparent we had some cabinetry damaged due to the manufacturer not protecting it adequately when shipping it in from Texas. Scott and Jason both stood by us through-out the issues making sure we were satisfied and the cabinetry was reshipped and received to our satisfaction. That reliability and dependability really meant a lot to my wife and I. They very much stood by their product. My wife and I did 90% of the installation ourselves. Scott was there for my many install questions often complimenting our progress pics. We did our research with other cabinetry businesses and with the big box stores getting quotes. The Remodeling Room was comparable if not cheaper cost than most with a reliable and personable small business touch. The numerous times we showed up at their business, Scott and Jason both always had a smile on their face and were eager to help us however they could. Give the smaller guy a chance and see for yourself...you won't be disappointed! Thank you Scott and Jason for being such a huge part of our kitchen renovation. We're extremely pleased with the end result guys!! You guys are the best!!!

As a successful home flipper remodeler and builder for the last three decades I have had the pleasure of doing the primary amount of all of my business with the remodeling room I have recently moved to Florida and I’m thinking of all of the mini years of service they have helped me I have never left a review. Only place that I can find a vanity that I didn't have to order online from any of the other big box stores Menards home Depot Lowe's way more help gave me a little bit of a discount Will definitely go back if I need cabinets and countertops for any other rooms in the house highly recommend going there I talked to Mark he helped me and show me a bunch of different choices he was awesome 👍

Be careful and only buy what you need as they won’t let you return extra flooring to their vendors. Even if it’s unopened boxes. Very poor customer support. We won’t go back! Their loss were having tons of work done but found there are better options. Try Hoods or Flooring Decor. Mark was our salesman.

This place is a SCORE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!Had been patiently searching for a new bathroom vanity, maybe two…..Had been to ALL the main big box stores, to find junk, junk and junk. Was looking for a quality cabinet that would stand up to the test of time.Nearly the minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a young man named Jason. Pleasant for sure, but a man that knew his stuff, and details of the choices within. He left me wander and within minutes I found the perfect vanity, quality AND color choices, sink choices too!Got everything I wanted in perhaps 30 minutes, start to finish. Okay, so the color choice or model I ordered needed to be ordered, I was more then happy to wait the mere 3 weeks to get it, allowing me ample prep time.I also would like to add, I called up there about 2 hours later, Jason had gone to lunch, so I spoke with Scott.I’m here to tell you his knowledge and ability to answer my question was commendable too!!I would be sure those 2 work well together as I could surely tellthey shared the same goal of excellent customer service!! What a TREAT IT WAS to have impeccable service, these days more than ever!!Cant wait to get my shiny new quality vanity!!

We just had our kitchen remodeled with Remodeling Room. We are very satisfied with the results. We absolutely love our new cabinets and would highly recommend them. Great professional team. We are remodeling a bathroom, and we needed two cabinets with sinks. We had been to a couple of big box stores and they were unable to assist us with our cabinet size without a special order that would take quite some time. Mark helped us find a cabinet that would work. He spent time discussing our options and some pitfalls we might encounter. He also helped us find sinks that would work. We were in a hurry to get the job done, and we were able to pick up pieces as they were ready. The communication made the experience excellent. I would highly recommend Remodeling Room.

They sold me bathroom cabinets and a counter top that did not even fit together...could only get my money back on the top. Also when I paid for everything ...I got home any had to charge me more...they did not ring up the order correctly...this place is a hot mess...very disappointing....

I have never had a bad experience with Scott and everyone else at the Remodeling Room. Quality product at great prices. Any issue I have ever had which is very minimal, they have take care of it no questions asked. I have made multiple purchases from them in the past and will continue to go back. To Whom It May Concern:A BIG thank you to the Remodeling Room for their professional and expertise work.My husband and I came in last weekend and were helped by Jason who made picking out and purchasing flooring a breeze. He also gave us the names of several qualified installers. We used Ricardo Munoz and his team to install our flooring.
