I was very please with their customer interaction and communication. They were able to get my vehicle right away for a diagnostic check and they were able fix the issues in a very timely manner. I will definitely be back when I need preventative maintenance or repairs.

Took care of my car right away.. Gave me a ride home, so I would not have to wait, and when they were finished repairing the car, I was brought back to the shop. Could not of asked for better service. Thank you!

Yes, I was very happy with the experience. I’m even considering changing you guys to my tire place. I’ve been dealing with a different tire place for 40 years and I think the next time I need tires for my 2003 F350 dully I’ll call you and see how your prices are compared to Where I’m going now I don’t have a problem with them, but I guess I need to check around a little bit things are getting pretty pricey

I had 2 tires that I needed mounted on rims. As I walked in they were getting ready to close. They asked if they could help. I asked if they had time to change the tires. They were more than willing and happy to knock it out. I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much.

Telle Tire in St Charles is the very best auto service company I have ever been to in my 35 years of owning and servicing vehicles. They, especially Denis goes above and beyond, explains everything in detail, are super fast and very reasonably priced.
