Ben’s Customer services was GREAT.. went in to sell my new balances’ and he was beyond fair, didn’t cheat me out the process whatsoever .. and great conversation along the way the entire time I was there .. store is also beautiful, with a beautiful scenery .. If I ever go to a store, I would want the type of customer service the way Ben provided for me.. I will definitely be back SOON again SOONER than anyone might think and will definitely come in and buy something with all the great things and variety of sneakers they have.. Thank you so much !!

I went into a welcoming environment, and I was treated greatly by Ben at the Streets of Saint Charles Location. I was looking in particularly for court purple dunks and he was super helpful through the entire process up to checkout. The workers really love shoes and are very knowledgeable, they make the atmosphere feel inviting. Definitely coming back and this is now my new favorite local shoe store :)
