Do not come in this store unless you want to be bamboozled. I came in to add a mobile line to my home internet bundle and they said that my iPhone 13 Pro Max was not compatible with the Spectrum network after checking my IMEI number. They said the best they could do was buying my phone in and I have to pay extra money for the newest iPhone 15 Pro Max. I refused that offer because I just bought my phone 2 years ago directly from Apple unlocked. I called Spectrum and they said my phone is perfectly compatible with their network. Is this what Spectrum Store associates are trained to do? Are they trained to trick customers into buying the latest phones to earn some extra commission? What a joke!

I bought a new phone from Amazon and not Spectrum. I took my phone in to Spectrum to transfer my service to my new phone. The man in service did EVERYTHING for me to set up my new phone and he explained features I did not know how to use. He did all of this work with a pleasant attitude rather than a begrudging attitude. That is the way I have always been treated at the St. Charles office. I think the employees there do a great job.

Worst internet in country. I cancelled got t mobile box. Easy set up. Ral fast internet. Customer service at spectrum is awful ?. Just like charter . They suck most every one in St Charles has had no Internet for off and on 3 days. I have internet t mobile wonderful

Went there last week. Service member was nice and polite. But asked to get rid of voicemail landline phone service and she said ok. We removed landline phone service, and still have landline phone service. Not sure how else to put it.

STOP LYING. Spectrum is lying to their customers. They will tell you the unlocked phone you purchased elsewhere is not unlocked and recommend you return the phone to whomever you bought it from. They have done this at least for the past 2 years. If you have this issue, call the customer service line, do not go into the stores. IN STORE SPECTRUM EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS.

Received a new router after discovering our current one was bad. Went into the store, the salesman gave me the new router, I signed for it and left. Thought this was going to be simple, but turned into over an hour to get it figured out. I could not find the new router info listed on internet choices. After contacting Spectrum tech on the phone, they told me that the salesman kept the old router information; name, password. Which probably would of been fine IF he told me that was what he did. Please tell your salesperson to let customers know what they did and explain it to the customer. Wasted a lot time on this.

Spectrum is a sad excuse for a business worst customer service I’ve ever received from top to bottom for both phone and internet service being “friendly” doesn’t make up for terrible service and robbing people. They took 800$ out of my account for an automatic phone bill that I was supposed to be making monthly payments on and I was told that even though that was their fault I would not be able to get a refund and go back to making those payments unless I took TIME to go through disputing it with my bank. Next I am left without internet for almost a month now while getting the run around and lied to about technicians showing up when they haven’t. GET IT TOGETHER OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Would NOT recommend this location.. Several employees standing around doing nothing with a line of people waiting to be seen. No greeting nothing whoever the female manager is with rudely staring. At someone for a good 5 minutes... Awful

Horrible service. I went in today to turn in my eq.3 workers behind there screens. Only one white guy talking to customers the other two seem to be looking at there personal phones.iam almost said something but I didnt.rotten sevice

Had an awesome experience with Spectrum today. We had to replace a 14 year old modem and update old account information as our internet was becoming spotty. When we arrived, Shaquille G was able to help with our issue and also gave us a good recommendation to cut back on our phone bill. I'll know where to go the next time I have issues! Thanks Shaquille!

The most USELESS and not caring employees at this store. Lost an hour arguing with the employee Ms. Bennesser Curry. The request was simple yet she refused to help us and was saying it's not her job while making me call Spectrum myself to solve it. We stopped at another store after this circus and the employees accomplished my request in 5 minutes. The other guy working next to her had his airpods in while speaking to other customers which is my worst pet peeve. I literally was at the point of switching to a different mobile service company if the other store wouldn't help me.

Spectrum will only take your time, patience and definitely has no problem taking your money with out providing service. I would never use again even as a last resort. Just be smart and stay away.

Arrived 2 hours 35 minutes before the store displayed store hours (5:25 pm) and none of the phones were on display. I asked where all of the phones were and they said they were locked up. I asked why and they said they closed at 6 pm due to reduced store hours. They had 35 minutes before they closed yet there was not one phone on display. Guess the employees and manager wanted to leave early due to being a Friday. They lost my business. I will purchase it somewhere else. I would give it zero stars if it would let me.

They do not greet you when you arrive. I waited 45 minutes to make a payment with cash to just be told oh we can’t take cash right now we only able to process credit card payments. What a waste of time. Unprofessional and not worth ever returning back. I will go to other location where customer service is better and a no1 priority. Never again.
