Still very clean! However, no more free dry?

I visited this laundromat a little bit after
6pm with my family and we had about 4-6 loads total. The washing machines added about 15 minutes to the thirty minute cycles, causing the washing time to take longer than normal (which wasn’t a problem originally) by the time i got finished washing and was ready to dry, it was 7:35.. the intendant kept rushing me and saying they closed at 8:00.. She made me so uncomfortable that i forgot to start a dryer. By 8 i had 5 dryers going still with 8 minutes on each and she rudely turned off the lights and rushed my family out. My issue is that i visit this laundromat every month and spend a nice amount each time because we also get dry cleaning so for us to be treated so poorly and rushed out of the laundromat because i had a petty 10 minutes left on the machines is insane. Safe to say I’ll never be back. Train your employees to have some grace and politely give a grace period for families who’s washing time last a few minutes after closing.

I have been coming here to do my laundry for a few months. The washer and dryers work great and it’s always clean. But today I came in and dryers are now 1.29 it’s doesn’t seem like a lot but when I already pay 10.50 per load for 2 loads it adds up… would have been a 5 if dryers were free

The staff at Starcrest cleaners are the friendliest people. I brought a dress in with an olive oil stain it took two tries, but they got it out so that was awesome.!

First time and now last time using this cleaners. Brand new shirt ruined and zero accountability was taken. They instead insisted that I contact the manufacturer of the shirt because it being ruined was a defect.

The attendant was so helpful when I went to use the 80lb washer. I’d never been before and she got me set up with a card, helped me load my rug and got me detergent. I also dropped off a dress that had been stained with ink. The next day I went back to pick up the dress (a day earlier than expected) and the same friendly attendant asked about my rug and said they unfortunately weren’t able to get out the ink stains (not a huge issue, I’m not surprised) and that the service was free because they weren’t able to remove the stain. I don’t often have a need for cleaners but I will definitely be back for all my future cleaning needs. Thank you Starcrest Cleaners!

I haven't been to a laundromat in many years. This is Not an old rundown place.
I've been there a few times this week doing laundry after a house fire and will be back again tomorrow. Very clean , nice new large washers and dryers. Helpful staff .

CLEAN , NICE , REASONABLE.
OH AND NEW FREE DRYERS....
