Do not trust your party to this company! There are plenty of other rental companies to use. Equipment did not operate properly, when I called to discuss, I was told by the manager that he wanted to talk to a man. He would not listen, all he could say is this happens all the time. We had been spending close to $20,000 a year with this company. An easy credit to our account could have kept the business.

We rented the 115ft obstacle course for Easter with our family and the obstacle course was absolutely perfect. The delivery men were very helpful. I will definitely use The Bounce House Company again. Leslie M.

Find another rental company! We tried using The Bounce House Company for a tent rental for our backyard wedding. All of our vendors did a great job communicating their deliveries - except for this one. Tables/chairs, flowers, ice, porta potties, you name it - everyone dropped off within their delivery windows or communicated appropriately. We must have been last on these guys list. When they finally came a few hours before the party (and everything was set up) we told them to just forget it. And no they don't do partial refunds, they cashed the full check. Be very wary about using them for an important event.

Super easy to work with. Set up and take down were not inconvenient for me or my family. Everyone had a great time and I thought the price was fair.

Easy to work with, came within the time they quoted and set everything up easily. Our bouncy house was clean and in great shape, everyone loved it, even the adults. The guys came within a couple of hours of the event ending and took everything down.
