I wish I could give zero stars. The veterans location is ghetto and has horrible customer service. I've never wanted a business to close so bad in my life. I can't wait to find a new company and I've been with them for over 15 years

Jacinda was the absolute best! She not only answered all my questions but helped my super annoying friend who needs to buy everything. She did it with a smile too ! Highly recommended seeing her!

I have been with Tmobile almost 15 years. We have had a few hiccups but they made good. This particular location was a little empty when I entered & I was still greeted at the door. The young lady I spoke with had alot of information about me upgrading to the Galaxy Flip 5!! Still thinking about the upgrade!!

I never write reviews but I am getting tired of the runaround we are receiving from this place. My family went in to upgrade our phones about 6 weeks or so ago. The young lady at the counter was super nice but seemed new. The manager was in the back room but wouldn't come out and help the young lady. She kept going into the back room to speak with him. He ended up telling her to give us a specific phone for a free trade in but it ended up NOT being free. (Not a big deal except I wouldnt have traded my old one in yet if it wasnt free)We have been back to the store 8-10 times to try and get the situation resolved but just keep being told that the manager is looking into it and will call us. We have NEVER received a phone call and the situation is still not resolved. The workers are very nice but the manager is unprofessional. We have been with T-mobile for 20 years but are now considering switching to someone else.

I walked in and asked for my phone to get unlocked and cancel my service. They told me they don't have the capacity to unlock phones from the store and I have to call customer care. I'm on the phone with customer care and the agent told me the store could have called customer care on my behalf to help with my request. My account had also been set up incorrectly some how so the agent couldn't help and told me I'd need to go in to a store to get it resolved.

Eric was great. My elderly father has dementia and was found roaming the parking lot. Eric dragged him in the store and was able to hook him up with a 2 new phones, a watch, and a tracker so we can find him next time he escapes. Thanks Eric. Call me ❤️?

T-Mobile has inconsistently protected my account and information despite continuous communication and quest for solutions. I have been with T-Mobile since 2007, I had never had an issue whether my account was pre or post paid until 2018 ish to my discovery between then and 2020. The store attendants were fine and weren't in there long enough to give a proper evaluation. The person that was on hold with a personal matter was still efficient and friendly as well as handles both his personal matter and mine without hiccup or overtly despite the call he was on hold (understandable reasons) never avoided or was discouraging.

Every time I go to this location for services, some how my account is changed and something gets messed up. These people are not trained in their job, customer service sucks! T-Mobile is the worst! They are scam artists out to steal from the customer! Only gave 1 star so it would post! Think twice before going to this location! They screw you every time!

The staff is super laid back at this location and I appreciate that so much! I have been with T-Mobile for over 18 years so I have been exposed to all kinds of employees (some pushy and I just don't like that). I think the store might be my favorite one so far.

Went on Saturday 7-29 at 3:57pm, sign says they are shorthanded and have shortened hours, and that they close at 6, but all the lights are off and the door is locked. There are 2 cars in the parking lot and I see 1 man inside; I've called twice and have been hung up on.
