I placed an order for pickup because the app said it would be ready for pickup in 2 hours. It was 10 cans of cat food. Would hehe taken ask of 2 minutes to gap. There wasn't anyone in the drive up order spots. So what gives? I ended up canceling my order.

Target used to be a place where we could stroll through the isles and leisurely spend our entire paychecks (happily). Now, they have cut so many hours, the employees are extremely overworked. I counted four isles that didn’t have either boxes, return carts, or the large carts of employees stocking merchandise. Again, NOT the employees’ fault. It’s the fact that Target is cutting hours and demanding more from the employees. Customers now spend their time trying to dodge workers and boxes and we feel like we’re in the way. It makes the experience so overwhelming and frustrating as the consumer.
To add the cherry on top, there are two check out lines. The cashiers are extremely nice and bubbly, and are being berated by disgruntled customers who wait 20+ minutes in line. I understand calling self checkout at ten items.. when there is an appropriate amount of open regular checkout isles. There isn’t. Target has gone so down hill that customers are tired of coming in here.
Mexico road target has the most amazing employees. Target in general has an awful structure.

I purchased food for the last time is rotten. 5.99 for grapes that are uneditable. I purchased molded bread that I was too proud to return. This can spread sickness quickly and is UNSAFE. Quality checks are not happening from the store.

layla is so goated. came in for one singular spice the saturday before Christmas which obviously means it’s packed and the checkout lines were so long. we were walking past her at the ultra counter to get in line and she noticed we only had the one singular item, and sung down to us the best possible song she could’ve ever sung : “i can check you out right here”. christmas truly came early in that moment.

My pick-up order got canceled for the Brentwood location but they informed me and let me change the location to St Charles. However they then canceled my order without telling me and didn’t give me a reason. Dishonorable to say the least.

I KNOW IT IS THE HOLIDAY SEASON BUT WHY DO YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE YOUR GIFT CARDS AT THE CHECKOUT.
WHY DONT YOU HAVE A LINE/ CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA FOR PURCHASES
I WAS BEHIND SOMEONE WHO BOUGHT 200.00 DOLLARS WORTH OF TARGET GIFT CARDS. IT TOOK THE CASHIER ALMOST 10MINS. Countless cards, each with 10.00.

I prefer this Target to the others in my area. It is cleaner and better stocked the the others. The workers always seem more pleasant and willing to help.

Left a cart full of stuff. The lines were crazy long. I had too many items for self checkout. I waited 10 minutes and saw only one cashier process one customer. The other two cashiers were struggling to process one customer each.

Store was cluttered, customer service was lacking and employees had a bad attitude, employees running into my daughter with the cart. Also BACKPACKS SHOULD NOT BE $60. That is horribly outrageous

The associates at the Saint Charles Target were amazing and dealt so well with me, especially since we just moved here from Oklahoma and I am operating on little sleep.

Deshawn and Cindy are the rudest workers in the store. Had an item that was marked clearance and instead of honoring the price they continuously laughed when there was also a long line in the back. Asked them why they were laughing and they said that they’re just trying to make fun. I did not see how laughing at someone was making work fun.
