Very successful trip to TJ Maxx. This store and location were highly recommended, and now I understand why. The employees were helpful and very attentive, which is always a plus.

I am a #1 shopper at TJ Maxx. However, I have never been in the most utterly discriminating store in my life. Tabark has treated me and my family differently from the other customers. She would ask repeatedly “where do you work” , “which location do you work at”. She would immediately grab the scan device to check my tag as if the original receipt was not placed in her hand, with tag attached to item. As this is not protocol when returning an item. I find it very disrespectful and unkind to feel such way when I enter the store. Management does not seem to train their employees to be kind with their customers. I advised to avoid ( Saint Charles, Mo ) location. I have received nasty looks, asked personal questions and more. Small things can be ignored HOWEVER, my family have been HIGHLY offended by the coordinator Tabark. There are multiple reviews stating that the store is great but customer service suck!

I absolutely love this TJ Maxx. The people there are extremely nice management is very kind and very caring to their employees. I’ve never had any issues walking in to this TJ Maxx. I always find what I need or end up getting something that I don’t need. The store is great and so are the employees.

I am incredibly upset with this store. I had an original receipt with multiple items on it. I returned one item on the receipt and didn’t think anything of it when they gave me back only my return receipt. I went back today to return another item and they said i could not return it back to my card only merchandise credit because it’s my fault i didn’t get my original receipt back. Chandra at the from was very snarky with comments like “nope” and “it’s your fault”… i will not be returning.

I used to love coming here. But the manager (I don't know her name, but know that English is not her first language) kept pushing a credit card on me. I repeatedly told her, "no thank you". Every time I said no she told me how much money I would save. She kept asking even after I was getting visibly upset. She asked me at least 5 times. I also found a purse that I really liked with some discoloration. I asked if they had any other in stock so I would get an un damaged product. The older lady at the counter by the purses looked annoyed and sent me to the front register to get a discount... I didn't want a discount. I wanted an undamaged product.
