The staff here were all incredibly kind and down to earth. Shannon, who checked us in and out, was a ray of sunshine. She made me smile and laugh when I felt really anxious. The whole staff was great, however Shannon really stuck out to me. Highly recommend this location. They took great care of me.

It is wonderful to have a professional and competent urgent care facility in our neighborhood. From the front desk to the medical staff we were given the best care. The attending physician even followed up with a personal phone call.
Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) was founded by an emergency medicine physician in 2008 to provide fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare in every community. TAUC was fueled by the belief that we could provide an efficient and cost-effective alternative to an emergency room visit. In the ER, patients receive life-saving treatments but are often overwhelmed by unpredictable financial burden and frustrated by overcrowded waiting rooms. At TAUC patients spend less than an hour in the clinic on average and have access to on-site X-ray, CT imaging, ultrasound, lab testing, IV hydration, and much more - eliminating the typical exasperating emergency room experience.
