Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC®) was founded by an emergency medicine physician in 2008 to provide fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare in every community. TAUC was fueled by the belief that they could provide an efficient and cost-effective alternative to an emergency room visit. At TAUC, patients spend less than an hour in the clinic on average and have access to on-site X-ray, CT imaging, ultrasound, lab testing, IV hydration, and much more - eliminating the typical exasperating emergency room experience.
The staff at TAUC were described as incredibly kind and down to earth. Patients highlighted the wonderful care they received from the front desk to the medical staff, with the attending physician even following up with a personal phone call. The ladies working were very nice and professional, even when dealing with difficult situations like finding veins for blood work. Patients felt comfortable and supported throughout their entire experience.

This was wonderful. I actually found this location through the online through Google maps. Excellent service from all. The physician was thorough and I received my x-ray results quickly.

I had never been here before but was a little apprehensive. From the moment I walked in until I was discharged everyone was wonderful. I couldn't be more please with the treatment I received and the way I was treated by all the staff.
