This is my favorite of all the local Uhaul locations. I rent Uhaul vans frequently for my work and every interaction at this location has been nothing but efficient, friendly, and straightforward. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, and the location itself is always clean and bright.

Campus St. Andrews u haul is a great hub to get your haul. Ready when you arrive and check out was a smooth quick check out. The people there are very nice and the trucks were clean and in good working condition! I'll use this Uhaual for all my moving needs!!

Moving? Sucks.Theo and TJ from Fountain Lakes Storage and U-Haul? Sweet sweet moving day angels sent from above to make it as smooth and pleasant as possible. These gentlemen took the time before, during, and after their shifts to make sure I had everything in order and got all my questions answered. And they were extremely pleasant to deal with all the while. Forever grateful, will be returning and recommending them for future moving needs?

Horrible customer service and a sad system of overlooking the truck. Penske walks around and looks. Uhaul says do it yourself on our system. The major damage on the first side i looked at wasn't even logged , same with giant scratch down backside.

Pulled in to get gas (Marathon). Ended up with directions, weather report, snow tires requirement ("none"). A nice, friendly, small convenience store. Some people can create a warm, neighborhood, they-know-you atmosphere wherever they are. "Norm!"
