The only thing I wish is that I could have changed about my experience was where I could return the truck. I called to try to change where I could return the U-Haul and I was not able to do that. I definitely recommend thinking about that when you are booking.

It would be nice if you guys would prorate accounts. I got charged my full month on Tuesday and moved out over the weekend and get nothing back. Which means I payed for a whole month and get nothing from you guys. Not very fair that I'm paying for nothing now. I had to pay for a full month, just to have my unit for 4 days.

I’ve always had great experiences renting from this uhaul and it is why i continue to return. Upon returning my most recent rental, I was greeted by Tay who rushed out to help me check my truck in as soon as I pulled in. Very friendly and made sure I had a great experience. Proves there is still great customer service in this crazy world we live in.

If you schedule a trailer hitch installation, do not assume they will have the hitch available when you bring your truck in. Seriously. Call them a day in advance of your scheduled installation to avoid potentially wasting your time.
I ordered a trailer hitch and installation on July 5th using their website. They provided a receipt and instructions to bring the car in on the day I scheduled using their system, July 13th. My wife brought the car in for the installation at the scheduled time and they did not have the hitch.
They are not sophisticated enough to ensure the hitch you've purchased and scheduled an installation for is onsite within 8 days of paying for it. They will not inform you it isn't there either. You must call ahead and ask. They don't tell you any of this.
The company is dysfunctional. The manager was a kid and could not care less. The price isn't bad. I doubt I would use them in the future, though.

I was greeted by a friendly young man who escorted me into the rental office. He got me in and out in a very timely manner. He had the trailer hooked up, checked and double-checked for safety and I was on the road in literally less than 15 minutes.
The return was just as efficient and the gentleman who assisted me made the process of dropping the trailer off seamless. I will certainly use St. Peters Uhaul for future rental needs.

Overall the experience went really well. I was able to get the van I needed to expedite my move and I was able to return it the next day without any issues. If I have a need to rent another one the in the near future, I will be sure to consider the St. Peters location for my rental service needs.
