What a joke. My mother gives me $1100. To deposit in her account. He takes the money and sends back an empty tube. I have to press call because he walked away. Then he says he needs my ID to deposit more than 500 in my mom's account ..what?, ok I send it. Now he says I can not do a deposit over $1000. So this bank wants my 80 year old mother to come do her own banking.
Does anyone else see the bank has issues? There is no reason I should be turned away or asked for ID for such a petty amount! I have Tod my mother to go to Chase so many times, I do not know why she stays here.
Arrived at Chase bank, where I will use an ATM to deposit the same $1100, then Zelle it back to my mother's account. Same money, same ending point. The ATM at Chase will also let you withdraw double the amount most ATM allow.

Been customers for 15+ years. This is a few months ago, but I went in and needed to withdraw 3k cash from my account and they told me I could only have $1,200 of my own money! What the heck! This ain't China, this is my money, play this with me and I'll disconnect everything from you. I am the customer, you have my money, you are lucky you get interest on it! Not only that I will tell 50 other people how you treated me. Time to cash my checks at Western Union and pay my bills with money orders, save cash, and spend it everywhere I go. We don't want your global digital money control, cash is king, I'll spend it on what I want and it is none of your business what I do spend it on, so don't ask!
Thanks for the response. I understand . I wish that she would have told me this, that day but she did not. Instead she was very vague with her answers. Maybe she was new.

Went to the US Bank Branch on West Clay (since it’s the closest to my house) only to find the coin machine is once again inoperable. As I have done before on the many occasions where this is the case, I drove to the Harvester location, where the coin machine is behind the counter and operated by bank employees and is ALWAYS working.Seems to me that it would make sense for all US Bank locations with coin machines to adopt this policy order to provide the best service to customers.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! My deposited almost $500 into an atm on Saturday, atm glitched out and ate my money, i didn't get it back and it never went into my account. I went into the West Clay branch on Monday, i was told that the money should be in my account by the end of the day. it wasn't. Went back on Wednesday, told the same thing. still don't have my money. Now it's Friday and i went in and i was told it could take up to ten days to get my money back. This is my rent. Now i cannot pay my rent and im screwed. As soon as i get my money back im cutting all ties with US Bank. 0/10 dont recommend unless you want your money stolen.

We lost our 20 yr old son this week and had an issue with his last paycheck. They were so kind and compassionate. They gave us a solution that worked wonderfully. They gave us a tiny bit of reprieve in this unbearably time and we are ever so grateful.

Worst bank I've ever had. They sent my New debit card to an address I didn't even have on file three times in a row...They then lock me out of my temporary card.Today I tried to make a car payment that I make routinely every 2 weeks and they locked my card for fraud right after I ordered pizza, So I couldn't even pay for the food I just ordered. I went to the closest US Bank branch and cut up my card right in front of their face and pulled out every single dime I had in that account. Don't bank with these people man. It's been something ridiculous every single week with them. Worst banking experience ever.

The fact that the bank allows a car show completely block off customer traffic is baffling to me. It is next to impossible to night drop a deposit or use the atms. And the last thing I want to do with either is to be surrounded by people.
