Went to the US Bank Branch on West Clay (since it’s the closest to my house) only to find the coin machine is once again inoperable. As I have done before on the many occasions where this is the case, I drove to the Harvester location, where the coin machine is behind the counter and operated by bank employees and is ALWAYS working.Seems to me that it would make sense for all US Bank locations with coin machines to adopt this policy order to provide the best service to customers.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! My deposited almost $500 into an atm on Saturday, atm glitched out and ate my money, i didn't get it back and it never went into my account. I went into the West Clay branch on Monday, i was told that the money should be in my account by the end of the day. it wasn't. Went back on Wednesday, told the same thing. still don't have my money. Now it's Friday and i went in and i was told it could take up to ten days to get my money back. This is my rent. Now i cannot pay my rent and im screwed. As soon as i get my money back im cutting all ties with US Bank. 0/10 dont recommend unless you want your money stolen.

We lost our 20 yr old son this week and had an issue with his last paycheck. They were so kind and compassionate. They gave us a solution that worked wonderfully. They gave us a tiny bit of reprieve in this unbearably time and we are ever so grateful.

Worst bank I've ever had. They sent my New debit card to an address I didn't even have on file three times in a row...They then lock me out of my temporary card.Today I tried to make a car payment that I make routinely every 2 weeks and they locked my card for fraud right after I ordered pizza, So I couldn't even pay for the food I just ordered. I went to the closest US Bank branch and cut up my card right in front of their face and pulled out every single dime I had in that account. Don't bank with these people man. It's been something ridiculous every single week with them. Worst banking experience ever.

The fact that the bank allows a car show completely block off customer traffic is baffling to me. It is next to impossible to night drop a deposit or use the atms. And the last thing I want to do with either is to be surrounded by people.

I usually am not one to complain, but this banking experience is unheard of.I switched to U.S bank last year and opened up my business checking & business credit card with a 0% interest rate for the year.As I began to rack up charges on this card, for some reason I couldn’t see any pending charges. I asked why? “We need to switch your promo so you can see your transactions.” Ok great! U.S bank proceeds to switch promotions….. only to find myself being charged interest before the year is up.There’s more…..-tax refund is sent to my checking and u.s bank denies because it appears to be “fraudulent.” Ended up getting refund check last week via mail vs March.- business card is canceled without notice. U.S bank cancels my card because of a security protocol and sends a new card out the following day. Only to find 2 fraudulent charges for $1482 with Microsoft the following day.Disputing this is a pain as well. I had to hand write/fill out 3 forms and fax it over to disputes.- I begin to close my accounts. And transfer funds from us bank account to pay off a chase credit card. Once the payment has cleared I close it. Only to find out chase sent it back. The $997 payment I made to chase bank is up in the air and u.s bank claims I’m only getting a check for $875.00.I will never use them again. Thanks U.S bank for the headache and wasting my timeU.S. Bank

I worked with Mary and she was awesome! She took care of me on my first visit but I had to come back the following day. Mary was ready for me and had exactly what I needed when I got there!! She was very professional, friendly, knowledgable and efficient! I may even consider banking there in the future!

Worst banking and customer service I’ve ever experienced. The branch manager was not helpful at all. Have visited there 3x with no issues resolved. I have taken my banking elsewhere.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! Branch manager is horrible! They held a paycheck for no reason, when I called up to the branch, the woman who answered the phone said they were too busy and someone would call me back. I let her know I'm on vacation and I need to know why my check was on hold. No one ever called me back, so I went over a week before I get back in town to physically go up to the branch which I was told now that the branch manager was on vacation. The only helpful person there was Alonzo. I wish I would've read the reviews about this branch before opening an account.

Continued from previous post......... this bank was also very controlling during Covid. Had the same kind of issues. When other banks were open and just letting people walk in, this bank wouldn't. You had to make an appointment for everything....even when other banks were fully open. The lines of cars at the drive up were around the building, but they didn't care. They just do not want to deal with customers. They do not have the necessary skills to deal with customers. What is truly the problem here is attitude. From the top down, their attitude is the customer means nothing. Everything is for their own convenience and not for the convenience of the customer. Even before Covid, when you walked in the bank there were people sitting at desks playing on their phones while ignoring customers. It's just a truly awful bank. I handle my parents affairs here unfortunately but will be moving all of their money out of this one. There too many much better options out there for any customer to put up with this kind of juvenile, combative, spiteful and threatening behavior. And when Carol finally got the box open, it was almost 1 o'clock. So I had to take all the contents out of the box to take with me. I did not have time to go through it. I asked for a bag. She said they did not have anything. Which of course you know is BS. This is the level of service you get at this bank. Just read the other reviews on here about this bank. They are awful and their bad attitudes permeate every interaction they have with customers. They relish making it as difficult as possible for customers to get their business done. And if you DARE say a word about it, they'll make it even worse. HORRIBLE!

Wow all the bad reviews, guess I'm lucky that I do 99% of my banking online and when I do have to deposit checks or withdraw I use atm.As far as fees go I have a Visa through them so I don't have these maintenance fees for checking, I'm able to pay all of my stuff really easy from their online site, I've never paid a cent in interest or fees in many many years because of the online banking.I have also never had a single issue with any direct deposits or the atm mysteriously eating a check, 5 stars from me.

The wait time is HORRIBLE! This branch is extremely short staffed or they need to offer more than one drive up window for commercial banking. If you have to make a bank run expect to be in line for at least ONE HOUR- ridiculous!

This branch is the slowest branch in St. Charles County. Make sure to set aside at minimum an hour if you need to do any banking. What a joke. If my work didn’t dictate where we banked I would have left long ago. How typical of a bank to close half of it’s branches and make the customers suffer.
