I had a great experience working with the team in this branch. I was able to open an interest bearing money market with ease, earning a decent interest rate. Highly recommend to visit this branch.

The bank itself is fine. But NEVER call them, the automated system is so useless all I want is an operator and it doesn't wanna let me speak to one. I don't wanna give you my social and my pin and probably a few more hoops, I just want to speak to a human. That shouldn't be toouch to ask.

I usually am not one to complain, but this banking experience is unheard of.I switched to U.S bank last year and opened up my business checking & business credit card with a 0% interest rate for the year.As I began to rack up charges on this card, for some reason I couldn’t see any pending charges. I asked why? “We need to switch your promo so you can see your transactions.” Ok great! U.S bank proceeds to switch promotions….. only to find myself being charged interest before the year is up.There’s more…..-tax refund is sent to my checking and u.s bank denies because it appears to be “fraudulent.” Ended up getting refund check last week via mail vs March.- business card is canceled without notice. U.S bank cancels my card because of a security protocol and sends a new card out the following day. Only to find 2 fraudulent charges for $1482 with Microsoft the following day.Disputing this is a pain as well. I had to hand write/fill out 3 forms and fax it over to disputes.- I begin to close my accounts. And transfer funds from us bank account to pay off a chase credit card. Once the payment has cleared I close it. Only to find out chase sent it back. The $997 payment I made to chase bank is up in the air and u.s bank claims I’m only getting a check for $875.00.I will never use them again. Thanks U.S bank for the headache and wasting my timeU.S. Bank

I've done external transfers every month for the last 6 years. I requested a transfer on 3/31/2023. On 4/06/2023 i called because the funds weren't in my account. The external transfer activity showed the money i asked to be transferred and said it would be arriving on 4/06/2023. And it said the status was completed. Where is my money, as this is for my mortgage payment. Now on 4/14/2023, the money is still not in my account. My external bank sent the ACH money on 4/11/2023, but yet i still had no money in my account. So i had to go withdraw more money from my external bank that was to be used for other bills to deposit into this account so i could pay my mortgage, as it would go delinquent after today. Now my other bills would wait for money to pay. Totally f#$@ed up. Thinking of switching to another bank for my satisfaction. Would not recommend !

I switch to this bank a couple years ago and I can’t wait to go to chase. I opened a business account with U.S bank. Biggest mistake. I put my card on file for all my business expenses and they canceled my card that I just got within four months because of a “security protocol.” so they send me a new card the following day. And I’m looking at my current statement and I have two charges for $1482 from Microsoft which twice that wasn’t authorized TWICE.What’s funny is they canceled my card for security reasons and I get my new card and the following day it gets hacked and $2800 racked up on it that I did not authorize. That’s not all. I was never able to see any charges for my business credit card that I was racking up so overtime I wasn’t able to see my total balance. Thank you U.S. Bank for being a pain in my life I can’t wait to switch banks.

Kelli P. was great. I'm early in my 20's and she helped me start a credit card that has great rewards. Credit has always confused me so I had never started a card before today but she explained everything to my understanding. I spent an hour with her, I didn't feel rushed and I could tell she genuinely care about me and my finances. She gave me her card and said I could call or email with any questions. Thank you Kelli!!

Horrible Customer Service. Tried call numerous times over several weeks to set up an appointment to wire money. No one every answered nor did they ever return phone calls. Credit Unions are so much more Customer Service oriented. Going to start moving my business to them.

Can’t even describe how amazing this branch is!! Literally dumped my branch that was closer to me and will drive out of my way just to go here. Lindsay is amazing, caring and has outstanding customer service skills. Don’t know much about anyone else because she’s the only one I dealt with but just because of her I will never go to another branch. Thank you so much to all the staff at this branch for being awesome!!!

This is a pseudonym account, but I visited the bank there today with an embarrassing problem. I had lost my job and was in bad shape with my account. The banker, Chris, talked me through it and was empathetic and helped in all ways possible. Today Chris literally changed my life with his help. He also offered tips and suggestions on how to not get into this situation again.
