The pharmacist found a lower price for my prescription. And the cashier at the exit was kind when instructing me on using my debit card when all the machines seem different. I found Halloween candy and other things I had not planned to shop for at Walgreens so saved a trip to the grocery store.

Pharmacy deserves a 5 star here! I usually go to the Walgreens on Shackelford and Humes in Florissant but the service there is next to non-existent so I contacted this location after 9 days of being jerked around at the other location. I really wish I had gotten the lady’s name that helped me because she was heaven sent. She was able to run a generic brand through that my insurance covered and even though they didn’t have it in stock, she found a location that did and she called them to confirm it was in stock AND transferred it to them for me. She did all this within 5 mins and I was able to get my script in less than 2 hours at another location in Florissant. Yet the one on shackleford took 9 days to do absolutely nothing.

This should be one of the stores they close. The lines in the parking lot are non existent at least for the past like 5 years. And their pharmacy is closed on Sundays. I'm sick with covid and had my teledoc send it to them not realizing they are closed. I can't call back and have them retransfer it without paying $100 for another appointment and Walgreens can't transfer it cause they need someone to type it into their system. Poor way of doing businesses if you ask me.

This is my local Walgreens and I live on zumbehl and I choose to go to this one I love the whole pharmacy staff! Awesome place!

The West Clay store is going downhill fast unfortunately. They seem to have trouble keeping shelves stocked, information is incorrect about in stock items when ordering online and long waiting times when no workers are present to checkout. That's to name a few problems I've noticed.

It is a nice clean store 7 prices are a little but they have top quality items and the staff is really nice and very knowledgeable well lite parking lots and plenty of handicapped parking most items have greatqqw prices. But most things are very compatible. Get the rewards card for lots of savings
