There’s been a staff change or something because this isn’t the pharmacy it was last year. The Pharmacy has a problem just filling prescriptions. Don’t need them to play doctor or detective. Just fill the scripts and they didn’t even get that right. Filled the shot script but forgot the syringe script. Certainly made my last trip there.

A bunch of liars. Package was delivered there for a few days for pick up, they claimed the package was not there because of FedEx never deliver to store, so I have to contacted FedEx and Fedex rep asked the store to have another search for the package and guess what, the package magically found. It was there whole time.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. A prescription was sent over and two days later I went to pick it up. I was told they didn’t have it at all, gave her the information and she said come back in 15. Came back to be told the same thing by someone else. No matter the circumstances, the attitude we received from her was absolutely unacceptable. Each time I try to come here, it gets worse. The non existent customer service, the slow rate of speed, no sense of urgency and the rudeness is not anything I would want in my place of business and that is all this location has.

Pharmacist and employees are snippy and rude especially through the drive through. After coming here for over 3 years I will not be returning. In addition this drive through always smells like weed and they claim it is from their carpet, we all know what weed smells like and it’s not the carpet.
Unpleasant and unprofessional location.

The customer service never improves! I only come because it's so close to my home. I picked up an order today not correct, no receipt, and the female lied to my husband stating she put the receipt in the bag. Husband believed her and when he brought it home no receipt. I called spoke to a manager, Isiah, who kept saying Walmart. I told him the situation, then I was transferred to the female manager on duty. Isiah doesn't know her name he says, he just started a week ago. Female manager told me on the phone my husband was a liar and she never told him she put it in the bag.I had to drive back up to get the receipt and since they already closed out, they had to return it and have me repurchase everything.

Disgusting FedEx service. What was supposedly a manager asked my name about 7 times. Seriously a manager can't remember a name for 30 seconds. Fine as a Walgreens, sad as a FedEx PickUp spot.

I've lived in the area for 3 years and I visit consistently enough to say that the negative comments are not entirely about the store unless it just got that much better over time. It's clean and stocked and the people do their best. It's also the only place that sells my dark chocolate by Lindt.
