I wanted to get on here and say, Yvonne is beyond your best employee. I have been dealing with Walgreens for well over 20 years, and she has been a shining star when there's been bad moments with other Walgreens employees over the years. I have 2 handicap people in my house that require many medications and I have had so many troubles with other employees over the years, Yvonne has ALWAYS come to my rescue and provided the BEST customer service.
I met her years ago when one on the pharmacy managers deleted all of my 2 handicapped peoples scripts she said "because she can".
Yvonne is beyond your best employee!!! Better keep her happy!

The employees here are always courteous. The store is typically clean. The pharmacy is great as well.

Associate was very nice! I came in to pick up prescriptions As soon as you walked in, you were promptly created. The store is very neat, organized and clean. It's easy to find everything that you are looking for. If there's something you're looking for and unable to find it, there's always associates around to be able to help you. This is one of my favorite Walgreens to come to in the area because of the friendly staff. My only suggestion would be for name tags to be present. I feel awful when I get great customer service, and there's a survey at the bottom of my receipt, and I'm unable to give the employees the recognition that they deserve for going above and beyond or just being great.

The pharmacist called me cause he noticed the medication I was prescribed was related to another kind that I was allergic to, he then called my doctor and got them to prescribe something else. So glad he caught this!

Love this pharmacy! The pharmacist is really nice and they always try their best to fill my prescriptions in a timely matter and help me with any questions. If you need something done just ask and they'll most likely accommodate. My prescription is my responsibility so when I have a question or need it somewhere else I take the initiative and they get it done! Amazing service!!! ❤️

Has gone downhill drastically within the last few months. I am not sure what is going on with all of these new employees working here now, but they have completely ruined my pharmacy. The wait times are now astronomical. You can't even make it through the drive thru within a reasonable amount of time and they are RUDE!! They can't figure out how to use the real RX along with your insurance. They keep taking my primary insurance out of the system everytime they use the Real RX on a prescription and won't say anything other than quote me several hundred dollars on my usual $10 prescription. Then when they put my primary insurance BACK into the system, I have to get my medication approved by my insurance AGAIN!! All because they cant figure out Real RX. I have been going to this Walgreens for 15 years, filling the SAME medication. Went through the drive thru as I typically do and was told the last time I had my medication filled was December of last year ? ?. I get it filled every month! The lady just stood there and bobbed her head all sassy like "next". Girl, if you don't keep looking or learn how to identify generic brands, you're not going to last in this business long. And now, my medication is delayed. Has been for over a week now with no further information and not one of the employees has offered to check to see if its at any other walgreens. I thought that is what they are supposed to do?? That's the type of service I've always gotten in the past. However, I just had a flamboyant hippie flip his hair and say " we ain't got, it's on backorder and idk when we'll get it". Awful. That should of been followed up with, "However, I can check to see if the medication is in stock at one of our other local pharmacies" but nope! These new workers are extremely unprofessional. I am for sure looking someplace else and telling everyone this pharmacy is trash. This is a huge inconvenience since this pharmacy is directly across the street from me and has been my go to pharmacy for years. Such a shame. Do better Walgreens.

My Doctor changed my dose but the pharmacist didn’t think I needed a refill. Doctor called in the refill on Tuesday. I didn’t realize until Friday when I ran out of my medicine that they weren’t going to fill it so I had to wait until Monday. I was out of medicine for 3 days. I don’t know why they never contact the doctor if there is a discrepancy. This seems to be the norm at this location. The pharmacy here does not look out for the patients well being or best interest. I know several other people that had to stop using this pharmacy because they were having trouble getting their medication needed to stay alive. This is not a pharmacy, it’s like a “fill it if we got it” warehouse or something. There is no caring involved. I will be returning to cvs for any further prescription needs

They have a nice store and nice employees. They don't have any electric scooters or wheelchairs available. There are handicapped parking spaces.
