I came here for a tire change, don’t do that. It took an and half after my scheduled appointment for them to get my car into bay, garage was empty. I watched the tech stand at the computer and start at it for 45 minutes before he started. He was incapable of getting what the website generated as a guaranteed fit tire on my wheel, came into the lobby yelling about me about how it didn’t fit, abused me for not having an appointment, which i did, and then stormed off, clocked out and went home. Left my car on the jack in the bay. I had to wait for 40 minutes for a manager to come get my car off the jack so that I could get a refund and leave. He pulls my car out and they’re black grease handprints all over my white Mercedes. The manager had to spend 15 minutes cleaning the grease off my car in the parking lot. Honestly this entire Walmart is a bit ratchet and unhinged. There was a line in the automotive department to talk to the manager for faulty work and verbally abusive employees. I watched three altercations in the store between customers and employees that actually insane. It’s like a pirate ship Walmart in all of the worst ways, it’s dirty and unorganized and the stock looks like it’s just dumped on shelves. There isn’t anyone on that crew that cares about that store it’s pretty wild. If you’re going to people watch to see how absurd these people behave at work, this is your Walmart. If you’re trying to shop and not get abused my minimum wage employees this is not your Walmart.

Dear Walmart Bakery Manager,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your bakery department. On December 2nd I placed an order for a birthday cake for my son’s 7th birthday, scheduled to be picked up December 4th However, when I arrived to pick up the cake, I was informed that there was no one available to bake the cake & that someone had “meant to cancel” my order but forgot to do so.
This situation was extremely upsetting, especially because my son had been excited about his birthday cake. Instead of celebrating as planned, he was disappointed and confused as to why his cake wasn’t ready on his special day. This lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my family.

They have very long wait time, in thier automotive department.It took about an hour and a half to get my car done with an oil change.

Ursula the cashier was saying racist comments to a Hispanic man who struggled to speak English. Saying he “needs to speak English” right to his face knowing he didn’t understand. & made more comments as he walked away. Told the manager as she was already getting in-trouble for being rude to another customer & she is still working there.

Walmart took good care of me and I went with the Hello Moto and they even gave me the Five star Walmart service we all know and trust. U ever wonder why everything is so cheap they have personalized goods now. Haha lol!!!

Short answer, this was the worst customer service I've ever had. Long answer, I didn't come into Walmart expecting the best service, it's usually always just bare minimum, but this interaction was so bad I downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. I came in with a specific item I needed that my app said was at this location but it wasn't on shelves, so I asked an older gentleman if he knew where it was or if he could check the back for me. He stared at me, pretended to do something on his phone, then brought me over to 2 women on their phones for help and left immediately. One woman sighed and rolled her eyes as she pretended to be busy on her phone, literally scrolling through her settings and weather app. The other one seemed..... let's just say squeemish. She looked at me wide eyed with an irritated look, but neither of them said a word to me. I once again asked my question, sitting there a moment in silence before the wide eyed one attempted to help me. She looked up the item on her app and brought me to where I already looked, and did not check the back as requested. She said that means they don't have it, said she forgot to clock in, and ran away leaving me by myself. I work in customer service and understand how specific requests like this can be annoying, but all of the employees involved were rude, incompetent, and lazy, even with a request that simple. Couldn't even put in the effort to pretend to look in the back.

The grocery portion of this Walmart is very lacking. Poorly stocked, lots of empty shelves and very disorganized. I find myself shopping there less and less.

Curbside pickup!! This is the way to go. I needed heavy lifting items like cases of water and soda bottles and with a wrist injury I'm dealing with I can't lift too much. I decided to go this route. Boy this is a game changer. From the easy website ordering, to the time slot availability to the email/text communication, to the pull up /insert parking space to the employee bringing your items out and putting in car , I definitely found my calling lol. Kudos to this process ! I'm grateful and appreciative.

One of the worst Walmarts in the entire area. Never stocked. Workers are rude and do not show an ounce of decent customer service. Automotive doesn’t answer the phone and won’t notify you when your stuff is done. The bakery doesn’t have a cake decorator. And again workers are rude and not helpful. Would not recommend going to this location.
