Walmart in St. Charles will not match a lower price on Walmart.com they state their store doesn't have that price and expect you to pay more at this location.

I usually love this store however today they ruined that. I've never had to get customer service before but today an item rang up for 89 but when I was looking at which one to buy I scanned them and it scanned for 78. I stood there and showed her as I rescanned it right in front of her. It shows everything the same. She was polite and professional. She went and got someone else, sanetta. Sanetta is lucky I'm a nice person. She didn't greet me pleasantly or ask if she could help and normally I wouldn't care...but I say that to say it didn't even start out polite. I showed her the same and she told me scroll down so I did and she said that it says online. She says she needs my phone and jabs me with her long pointed green nails that look like they were crusted in something she just ate or cleaned out of an oven. I'm not a Germaphobe but I don't love strangers basically snatching my phone telling me what they need to do with a nasty attitude and stabbing me with her nails so I said I don't really prefer strangers playing with my phone. I didn't want to say your hands grossed me out and you make me want to call someone over here bc you stabbed me with those nails...so I said I have a lot of important stuff on there trying to not make the issue worse. To which she shoves the phone back at me and making a huffing like noise and again stabbing me with nasty pointed nails. At which time I told her she could just keep the item bc if I had to put up with her attitude and disrespect...as well as being assaulted one more second....I wouldn't have been nice any longer. She has a horrible attitude and ruined this entire store...I drive further to shop at this store instead of others but I won't make that mistake anymore. I will be placing a complaint with corp...it's flu season and my phone cost 2500 and I have babies...I can't take everyone's nasty germs home and get them sick. Do better....

Wouldn’t let me buy alcohol bc the other person with me wasn’t 21…wouldn’t even look at my ID??? In what world ?? Never had this happen anywhere else before.

I am not from around here so I am not a regular shopper at this Walmart. I went in at around 9pm on a Friday to buy an air mattress. I was not sure where to look. As I was walking around I saw an employee (he was wearing a blue vest and name tag). I said "excuse me" and before I could even finish my sentence, he barked out "I'm off the clock!". Wow. Um, I think that if you are walking around the store in uniform, even if you are on the way out you could at least show some common courtesy to customers, perhaps even answer a simple question. I should have gone to Target or just bought my item on Amazon. Nobody has barked at me when I shop there
