They gave me a ride home when I dropped off my car, my car was fixed perfectly, the outside was washed, and the inside was cleaner than I brought it to them. Highly recommend!!!!

The communication is great! I was updated on every little detail of my repairs which helped make the process stress relieving. I took my vehicle in for bumper repair. They initially told me could 3 weeks if they needed parts. Three days later it was done. The communication they provided via text and phone on the status of my vehicle was excellent! The whole operation is very professional, from the front to the to the back! Not only did they repair my vehicle, they waxed it and cleaned the interior. Wish I could give more stars! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Put my truck in for hail damage and the communication was horrible. They kept it for almost 2 weeks while lying saying they were working on it, only to find out they started on it the 10th day of having it and realized they couldn't fix the roof. Waist of time!

Said they would call every Tuesday and Thursday and didn't so my vehicle sat with only 2 repairs from a wreck and they never informed me of anything until I called them

This was the only Place my insurance company allowed me to get an estimate. Is this Legal??? The Women in the front office are not only interested in arguing with customers, misleading time lines on estimates, accepting payment you did not authorize... they will even go as far to stalk you online??? This was literally the creepiest and most unpleasant Auto estimate I have ever heard of. Shame in the women in the front office. You sure know how to provide the most disgusting type of customer service!!!!

A lady hit me. Her insurance company asked me to go to Gerber, so I obliged. After they inspected my car, I waited a couple days for a bid. Nothing happened. I called Gerber and they told me to call the lady's insurance company. Gerber lied to her insurance company. I called Gerber back and they lied to me. Then I called the lady's insurance company back and asked them to call Gerber on a 3way phone call. Gerber was caught lying red handed. The two lady's running Gerber are very dishonest people. What started out as a simple repair has now turned into a mess. Monday I will have to hire an attorney to work with her insurance company. Gerber seriously damaged our relationship. Terrible management. They obviously have the insurance companies best interest and work for them. You've been advised...

So my truck was broken into so I had to take it to Gerber for an insurance claim. They replaced my window but the window does not roll up by itself and makes a terrible screeching sound, The door lock and unlock switch on the inside of the driver door doesn't work, And they sent my truck to the dealership because there was a chiming noise when you would pull the key out of the ignition and wouldn't stop until you shut the door. It turns out That the noise was only going off because the interior lights were on. I turned them off and it fixed the chiming noise. Which I had to pay an extra $200 for the trip to the dealership. Sadly, this is the second time I have had to use Gerber Collision to fix the damage caused by a collision with an animal. Each trip to Gerber has been nothing but wonderful! They have always been upfront with everything, worked seamlessly with my insurance, completed the work on or ahead of schedule and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied before I left their building! I appreciated their customer service, keeping me informed along the way, and their willingness to go above and beyond to get my car back to me quickly. If I ever need collision repair again, I will definitely use their service.
